I was over charged for my meal, i waited 10 minutes for my food and they made it wrong. i waited another 10 for my new order. not very friendly staff paid $12 for this when the menu said $9.

The service was great, and the rolled ice cream was delicious! We tried the Cookies and Cream and the Chocolate Dream. The wait wasn't long, and if it had been, it still would have been worth it. I feel like I have been sleeping on the NW Arkansas Mall, but no more. I will be back for some more treats and snacks from Otro Rollo.

My seven year old asked the two young ladies at the counter for a cup of water, they ignored her. She asked once more, and was told they were busy when both and two older people were just standing around. Needless to say they lost us as customers.

I visit this place every time I'm in town. They have rolled ice cream, some food items, many drink choices. The rolled ice cream is simply amazing. I've eaten the coffee and heath one, the banana and Nutella one and they were both to die for. I had the mangonada and it was absolutely delicious. I y'all better go get some of this if y'all are in Springdale I'm telling you right now.

Very cool place! We found it by accident and decided to check it out. I ended up with an authentic “chilindrina” while the wife got some rolled ice cream! Both were super great! The owner was working and was super friendly, will definitely be back!
I had a wonderful time here! The ice cream was visually stunning, delicious and quickly served! The staff was very friendly and the place accomplishes a nice feeling with it's indoor decor and music. I will definitely be returning!

I stumbled on this by accident and am really glad I did. I was attracted by the creative and beautiful presentations in the pictures. Well the reality exceeds the pics and it tasted awesome as well. Great friendly service. This is our new “go to” for ice cream. Please help make this business flourish
