Great freakin loaves without glyphosate
I'm not a bread person but this place might change me. Today my boyfriend brought home a boule of sourdough from the Bentonville Farmers Market (garlic Parmesan). He had cut off the end and I picked it up and took a small bite even though I hate the butt ends of bread (I don't like crust). I have never ate butt ends before but I finished this one and cut off the other end and ate that too! It was perfect texture, perfect seasoning, baked perfectly. I'm sold.
