Never tried Einstein Bros before this and I'm a convert. The coffee was hot and delicious, their bagel breakfast sandwich was off the hook and even though they were super busy I only waited around 5 minutes for my order. The staff here is on it!

Came while sick just wanted a bread bowl with chicken noodle soup. After waiting in line for 20min I was told they have no bread bowls available and no chicken noodle soup 🤦🏻♂️
Great experience every time we order! My husband and I use this location regularly for online/app orders and we pick it up ourselves. We have never had a single problem with our orders. Our food is always delicious and fresh and the orders are always correctly fulfilled. They always have it ready for the time we have chosen, and it is packed well so we have no issues with spills or the sandwiches falling apart. I love this location!

Came here on a Saturday to have lunch with my son. The service was non existent, stood at counter for 5 minutes without ever being greeted and the restaurant was completely empty. Zero customer service skills here.

I love panera, but this service was absolutely terrible! I went through the drive thru and it didn't show on their end that I had asked for cream cheese and my bagel to be sliced.The lady rolled her eyes and got mad just because I asked for what I ordered very nicely. Will not be coming back.

I had to give one star to even leave a review. This Panera is a mess. I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru for a single hot latte with just two cars in front of me. I was certain my coffee was already cold by the time I finally made it to the window, and the manager still expected me to pay full price. He was extremely rude and insisted that if I wanted my coffee, I had to pay the $5.58. This is the second time I've had a terrible experience here. The person in front of me stormed off mad as well. Long story short, I left without my coffee. Panera manger on duty this morning has to be more prepared or he doesn't need that position. They have officially lost my business, and I'm still waiting for someone from Panera to make this right!
I’m a loyal Panera customer in various cities in Arkansas and Arizona. I was so happy to see this new location. I love their new coffee machines that grind the beans for each individual cup of coffee. They do seem to struggle at times to keep inventory stocked and that can be frustrating and not good for business. My family enjoys a number of their items and we hope they’ll do well at this location.

Food and drinks are great, child hating employee is not. Unacceptable behavior, we were just in and out, not there for long. Don’t want to be around kids at work? Get a factory job or something.

Went for dinner, ordered Caprese sandwich,added turkey, no bread, changed bread. Tried to order bacon avo sandwich, no avocado. Changed sandwich to turkey bravo( pick 2). Had also ordered a whole Turkey bravo meal. Came out to tell us that they didn’t have enough turkey for all the sandwiches. Changed meat on caprese sandwich to chicken and ham on 1/2 bravo sandwich to make the whole bravo sandwich. No ham was put on 1/2 bravo sandwich. $63 for 1/3 of what we ordered. But we did get 3 cookies. Please do not go to this location, money and time better spent somewhere else. Will not waste my time again. Do better Panera, I’m guessing no supervision or terrible management.

Ordered a Green Goddess Chicken salad — one problem, it came with no chicken. Extremely disappointing for a $13 salad… insane. Picked up order in drive thru and there was no line / no one inside, no excuse. Baguette would have also broken the teeth of most people.
