The staff is very kind and professional. I know this is a take out place, but I was pleased with the way the staff interacted with me and each other. The pizza was very good.

Been on the phone for 30 minutes so far and have yet to speak to anyone. Made an order online but nothing to confirm or track but money sure went out of my account. If you can't answer the phone then you need to either fire people or do some serious training or just close the doors. This is very poor service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited forever for a pizza to deliver. I called 20 min after the eta just to find out that there were no drivers and the orders were voided. Complete waste of time. Do not order from here.

The best big chain pizza in Fayetteville. The prices are a little higher because they use better ingredients and non-frozen dough. Very clean and fast for delivery. I would recommend them to anyone. Remember to tip your drivers!

I watched a worker with long hair sit outside with gloves on touching his phone, opening the door, then proceeded to touch food. Did not change gloves. That is awful. No hair net either. The health department needs to be called. Food is still yummy tho.

Last time I ordered papa John's was about 6 years ago. I don't know if it's gotten any better but at that time they could not get my order right after I complain 3 times they would not let me order anymore.. Apparently I'm still cut off after 6 years. I tried the other day . A bit ridiculous. When my orders correct I do love their food. 6 years is a bit extreme.

I had a great experience at this store, possibly the nicest store I’ve met, they messed but remade my order in the best way possible! I said it was ok but they insisted! I love the customer service here and I appreciate Bailey for helping me out and making a remake of the pizza. Overall Great service and Great food! Good job papa John’s and Bailey deserves the raise!
