Staff are always friendly, pizza is usually done by pick up time if not busy if busy it's 10 minutes pass the pick up time. Staff are always helpful.

It's our favorite pizza and a lot cheaper than the other chains. You bake it and it's always nice and hot right from your oven. Not a sit-down restaurant.

The store has made us poor quality and incorrect pizzas multiple times and with multiple orders. The service is abysmal specifically from Tina(? Didn't get them name from her, it was just in the receipt, she may have been using someone else's register) who was rude and refused to fix the order, even when we caught the error during the creation process. We are done and will not be back to the store. Refrain from going here, there is better service and pizza you can get.

Tried to order a pizza for carry out but ended up leaving. They had an online order and 1 person had to make 11 pizzas before we could even order our 1 pizza. Needless to say; we left. I hope this is not their normal policy.

I had a hard time paying $50 for 3 pizzas I had to cook myself. Problem is, I left them in a minute or two too long, and that's on me.

I ordered from the website and was given a pickup time of 30 minutes from the time of ordering. I showed up on time and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The pizzas
were then not up to a quality standard. Also, asking for gratituity for a pizza I'm picking up and cooking at home is a joke. Especially, after you couldn't deliver a quality product on time.
