Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

The store has made us poor quality and incorrect pizzas multiple times and with multiple orders. The service is abysmal specifically from Tina(? Didn't get them name from her, it was just in the receipt, she may have been using someone else's register) who was rude and refused to fix the order, even when we caught the error during the creation process. We are done and will not be back to the store. Refrain from going here, there is better service and pizza you can get.

Tried to order a pizza for carry out but ended up leaving. They had an online order and 1 person had to make 11 pizzas before we could even order our 1 pizza. Needless to say; we left. I hope this is not their normal policy.

I had a hard time paying $50 for 3 pizzas I had to cook myself. Problem is, I left them in a minute or two too long, and that's on me.

Better than the chains, more toppings and taste like they are a higher quality as well. Love the crust and the price isn’t to shabby.

I ordered from the website and was given a pickup time of 30 minutes from the time of ordering. I showed up on time and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The pizzas
were then not up to a quality standard. Also, asking for gratituity for a pizza I'm picking up and cooking at home is a joke. Especially, after you couldn't deliver a quality product on time.

Staff are always friendly, pizza is usually done by pick up time if not busy if busy it's 10 minutes pass the pick up time. Staff are always helpful.

The shop has recently 'reformed' and the quality has gotten a lot better. Our last pizzas were well sized and the multi toppings pizzas were divided clearly.

Easily ordered with the app and my pizzas were ready and waiting. There are unique and different options available here, and baking at home ensures they are so hot you have to wait to eat them - much better than bring home cooked pizza.

Vegetarian options: I ordered the gourmet vegetarian pizza with the garlic cream sauce. Very delicious!
