We appreciate that Papa Murphy's has dairy free cheese. Pizza nights weren't really a thing at our household because only boutique pizzarias had vegan cheese and they are far away, don't do take out, and are expensive. Paid for extra ham and cheese and a cinnamon pinwheel and didn't get what I paid for and got cheese bread instead. They said the dessert wasn't prepped, why wasn't there enough prepped for the day.
Paid extra for extra portions of two meats, and ordered light topping cheese. Received a pizza absolutely covered in cheese with almost no meat. That's a recipe for losing a very long time customer.

If you are ordering for a group, make sure to check that your order is correct before leaving. Every time I have tried to use this place something has been incorrect and I have to drive back. Also, I wouldn't trust their dairy free unless you watch them make it. It's evident that there are allergy policies in place but the people working seem to not understand what they are for and how to properly follow them.Parking: There is probably three times as much parking than what is needed. The parking lot always appears empty.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is up and curb and you need to go out of the way and come back.Dietary restrictions: There is dairy free cheese but you can tell them when you order that there is an allergy and they will still drop regular cheese on the pizza or use white sauce when specified not to.

You have Good Team work, and So polite worker's the get you what you want I've been Very happy with the Pizzas and you're garlic bread, and your pinwheels they're so good I try to go at least once a week, to the one on Martin Luther King they are great people and very polite!

We arrived 15 minutes before close and we're greeted by the person behind the counter took our order then proceeded to tell the next customer through the door that we don't take orders after 45 on the hour blah blah speel and she made the worst pizzas we have ever gotten here and they were rude about counting the door down etcGuess I should have gone in a night when my granddaughter friend who works at this location was there never had such poor service , she goes by Ash?
