The service was great! I was able to walk right up and grab our food as we put an online order in and the regular line to order was out the door. I liked that there was security guards in place inside.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 subs, the cashier rung me up for 2 ranch sauces that I did not ask for, she said most people get them, sh she just "added" them in. Also, the cheese on the beef subs said an additional $1.49 on the menu, but rung up $1.79.. when I pointed this out, the cashier said she would "let the manager know", without offering any solution for the issue..she just acted like it was no big deal and I should pay it. Also, I was not impressed with the veggie pizzas, especially for the price. The subs were ok... Overall customer service was ok, but it could be better....

Came here on a recommendation. After reading the reviews I went with the large Italian chopped salad. It was loaded with meat and veggies. Would have been better with chopped provolone instead of grated cheese but it was yummy and delicious.

Picklemans might be a top 3 PIZZA place in Fayetteville. Severely underrated. Would 100000% recommend. Always slaps.

This is my go to sandwich place because it is close to where I work. Usually pretty good. Sometimes can be a bit of hit and miss. Have had some spectacular service and have also had times where I felt ignored by four employees. I've also had days where the food was better than other times.

I have not yet tasted my food. I decided to get it to go due to an employee behind the counter. The woman who was wearing a hat tonight was extremely rude and making loud passive aggressive remarks to other employees while there were 10+ customers in line. It was clearly making everyone uncomfortable. The other 2 employees working tonight - 1 male and 1 woman with colored hair - (IM SORRY) you could tell we’re trying to make customers comfortable after her outbursts. Way more composed than I could have been! She then started being rude to customers. I understand everyone has off days but I never leave reviews and had to this time as her behavior was very concerning.

Every time I go there alone the food is great, but I've taken friends and dates there four times and the food was so messed up it felt like it had to be on purpose. Anyways; great place to eat alone the food is under those circumstances incredible!
