This is my go to sandwich place because it is close to where I work. Usually pretty good. Sometimes can be a bit of hit and miss. Have had some spectacular service and have also had times where I felt ignored by four employees. I've also had days where the food was better than other times.

I have not yet tasted my food. I decided to get it to go due to an employee behind the counter. The woman who was wearing a hat tonight was extremely rude and making loud passive aggressive remarks to other employees while there were 10+ customers in line. It was clearly making everyone uncomfortable. The other 2 employees working tonight - 1 male and 1 woman with colored hair - (IM SORRY) you could tell we’re trying to make customers comfortable after her outbursts. Way more composed than I could have been! She then started being rude to customers. I understand everyone has off days but I never leave reviews and had to this time as her behavior was very concerning.

3/5 cookie 5/5 Turkey Bacon, with avocado: good toasting, fresh produces and excellent bacon. Busy because bc of a well populated college. The music matches the vibes but there was just a lot of people. The decorations fit well. The service wasn't too bad despite being busy.

Every time I go there alone the food is great, but I've taken friends and dates there four times and the food was so messed up it felt like it had to be on purpose. Anyways; great place to eat alone the food is under those circumstances incredible!

I want to apologize to the employee with orange hair that we so massively inconvenienced her at work by being customers. This employee proceeded to have the most poor and unprofessional demeanor you could ask for in an employee. This employee was cold, unapproachable, and completely uninterested in assisting us. Otherwise the food was fine and restaurant was clean. Truly frustrating to be treated so poorly for no reason.

I have always loved picklemans. If you haven't had their tomato bisque, you're doing yourself a disservice. Sandwiches & pizza, salads & cookies, you can tell they're all freshly made. Helps that it's walking distance too.

The food they just handed me from delivery feels and tastes like it's been sitting out all day. It's cold, mushy, and they ignored what I actually asked for. I used to really like this place but have been pretty disappointed the last few times.
Firehouse used to be my number 1 sub shop, it is now number 2! By far the best subs I’ve had and is my new go to spot! I wish they would put one in Bryant or west Little Rock!!

I order a pizza for dine in. After waiting what seemed like forever for some reason they didn't deliver it to our table. They did deliver the other orders that belonged to other customers to their table. The food was still hot

Ordered a large catering order for our team. The Pickleman's staff were easy to work with and great with communication and delivery. Food was warm when it arrived and tasted great. Will use them for future team orders when in town.
