I've been here a few times and don't get me wrong the drinks and food are always great but the service is always a let down. I've never once been greeted coming in and my dad even said hello to one of the guys working there and they glared at him and totally ignored him. Today the girl working completely ignored my sister and a girl on her break was sitting at the counter and wouldn't stop giving me the meanest look like we had some crazy generational beef. I want to love this place but it's hard to when the people there just seem so upset to be there and act like they're mad you even walked in in the first place.

I have not been to the store but I did order syrups online (based on a Reddit thread that said that Pink House Alchemy had the best small-batch coffee syrups). I ordered Toasted Caramel and pH Delight, but when I received my order, I had received Toasted Caramel and Vanilla Bean. I reached out to let them know and they immediately made it right, no hesitations. As a small company, fixing issues like this is not always easy or accessible, but they know how to keep their customers happy. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
I know that this review will not be helpful to anyone going to the actual storefront, but I do want to leave this for anyone who is thinking about buying syrups online without trying them first. I am currently drinking my first Pink House Alchemy syruped coffee and I have no regrets. It is perfectly sweet with the right amount of vanilla flavor, and no other yucky ingredients. This purchase might be one of my best of 2025.

We came from 3 hrs away, was looking at a store we had found the cardamom syrup at before, they were out of stock, but the yoing lady told us where to go to get it. We went for the syrup only, but went in, and decided, yep, we need coffee too, left with 3 perfect coffees, a smile on our face, and 2 bottles of the cardamom syrup we were after. Oh, and a cookie that was every bit as good as they said it was. Service was awesome, very friendly staff. Will definatly stop in next trip through. Thanks guys!

This company gives you hope in difficult times. Independent company, professional staff, excellent product, seriously awesome customer service. Their blackberry syrup is beyond amazing! But it was the kind, efficient, and generous customer service that really reminded of what we've lost with Big Box retailers. They made me feel like I actually mattered, and they were really committed to making sure I had a positive experience with their products. You will not be disappointed!
