Refused to let my partners service dog to be anywhere but their back porch. They claimed they had the right to do so because it’s a “member’s only” establishment but they let anyone in so it’s not members only really. They didn’t violate ADA law but they’re definitely not inclusive. They also don’t have their policy on animals and service animals anywhere on their website because if it had we wouldn’t have even bothered trying to go. Nor on their website is it mentioned anywhere that they are a Private club that requires membership to be allowed in. Also there is no pinball on the back porch so if you want to play pinball but require a service animal you can’t do it doesn’t make sense to go. Nobody in our party wanted this negative interaction and the whole thing could have been avoided if they were just upfront about not being able to accommodate the disabled on their website. We were in the bar for less than 2 minutes before we were yelled at twice to go sit on the porch, but no options or accommodations were given for how to go about playing pinball without the service animal or how to order drinks from the bar which is inside and not in the patio. If my partner did not require a service animal to be there we wouldn’t have brought her, her service animal is a necessity.

So much to love here! Really enjoy coming here for Halloween and now my first time for Christmas. Every square inch is decorated with some kind of Christmas theme from winter wonderland to Krampus! The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the drinks are delicious! Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely one of my favorite places to hang out in downtown Fayetteville! Especially for their incredible Halloween and Christmas setups! Every cocktail I've had here has been incredible. I can't recommend this spot enough if you need somewhere fun to hang out for the evening!

I have never had a bad experience here! The drinks are always amazing and the hard work they put into seasonal decor is no joke. This is one of my favorite places to go for a drink. Also absolutely love that they support NWA harm reduction and have supplies no questions asked.

Went to meet friends who were already inside. Saw there was a line and made a joke about offering $200 to skip the line (very clearly a joke because why would we pay that just to go inside this place). Joined the line and waited in the cold for 30min. Finally it was our turn and we are told we can’t enter. If that was the case, WHY did you make us wait in the cold for 30min instead of telling us when you heard the joke you didn’t like?!
Beaux the manager needs to be fired for doubling down on his employees horrible situation management.
Zero of the people in our party were “too drunk” we were simply infuriated about the entire situation. I will never go back to this establishment and ensure anyone I know is aware.
EDIT: Yes, after it was clear we were not getting in because Mac can’t take a joke, we decided to waste your time like ours was wasted. Again, if he thought someone in our party was too drunk for entry, he should have let us know when hearing the joke rather than wasting 30min of our time in the cold. Zero people in our party had their hands down or appeared intoxicated. I suggest if you are looking for a good bar in Fayetteville to avoid this monstrosity and head to Maxine’s or Kingfish where all staff is kind and inviting.

After perusing the unique themes of each booth, we settled in to our childhood holiday cartoon, Snoopy's Christmas. Had a fantastic seasonal Old Fashioned-type cocktail with a beautifully clear ice sphere. They pay attention to the details, and make it fun!
