PLOMO Quesadillas

asked for it dirty. first off it was $15 and then when i get it it’s not dirty and it has 3 total pieces of chicken. chefs and staff are lazy and don’t care about their customer. figure it out.

This is definitely not a family friendly environment. The decor is borderline pornograghy and offensive to me as a recovering addict, I would have been irate if my children would have seen it. We used to enjoy the food before moving away a couple of years ago. Now it seems like nothing special.

I wanted to spend the day in Fayetteville and was really looking for something local, unique, and delicious. I stumbled upon Plomo. It was everything I was hoping for! A cute and unique little place to have a great quesadilla that you won’t find anywhere else. The inside is so cool!! While I was there I received top notch customer service from not only the gentleman working at the counter, but I also had the pleasure of meeting the director of operations who was training the new gentleman at the counter. I found that to be so humble. Not only did I receive great fresh food and fantastic customer service I also got a cool little sticker! I will definitely be coming back to Plomo. Also, if they ask you if you want your quesadilla made dirty, the answer is YES!! I’ll let you figure out why when you go there! Fantastic place who knows how to deliver a whole product.

I walked into the establishment and I saw this bright, young man who worked in the kitchen. I asked for his name.
"Brennen," he responded.
"Well Brennen, do you think you can cook me up a good quesadilla?" I asked.
"Sure thing sir!" exclaimed Brennen.
He went back to the kitchen and came back out with a tasty quesadilla in what felt like the blink of an eye! It was the best quesadilla I've ever had! If you ever want a mouth watering quesadilla, head over to PLOMO and ask for Brennen!
