We have been here a few times in the Rogers location. Amazing exsperience each time. Today, I had the Huevos rancheros without the North America spin of salsa & sour cream overload. Wonderful, great job Prelude.

Went to eat here for breakfast this morning. I had one of their omelettes and my friend had the protein bowl with a side of pancakes. All I can say is WOW. Food 10/10 and the service was excellent. Thank you Prelude staff, will be back.

The service was terrible. It took a while to be asked about drinks. Then, no lie, over 20 min before the waitress came back to take our food order. Our drinks were just sitting at the bar as well. She never came to check on us, and we had to flag her down for the check. Since there’s an automatic gratuity, she got paid 22% regardless of how terrible the service was.

Let’s start off with why this place should get five stars: their food is tasty, fresh, and the service was on point and friendly. It was just me and I ordered the mini stack of pancakes, eggs, potatoes, toast with a glass of apple juice. However, when I got the check, my culinary delight came to an end.

My breakfast came to $33. Even though I wasn’t a party of 6 or more, they automatically added a service charge of 22%. And that glass of apple juice was basically an oversized shot glass and cost $5. Now, my fault for ordering the juice without looking at the menu. I know orange juice can get pricey, especially if a restaurant freshly squeezes it on the premises, but apple juice?? We’re talking the sugary store bought variety, not some fancy natural juice. Basically the sticker shock and forced gratuity, ruined what could’ve been a wonderful breakfast as I headed out of town. Should I ever return to Fayetteville, I certainly won’t return here. Because as good as the food was, it was not worth $33.
