Wonderful drinks, super chill atmosphere and lots of seating! Sat in the upstairs loft for a couple hours with my partner playing one of the many games they have on their bookshelf near the bathrooms; had a blast:)

I only got an iced tea, so I can't comment on the food or the beer, but the venue is cool, the staff was friendly and the tea was good! Very refreshing on a hot day

Great Coffee with a unique menu! Puritan does the basics well, but also has a variety of drinks i’ve never seen at any other Coffee Shop.

While the coffee is great, the main attraction here is the atmosphere. They have great seating indoors and outside. The inside is huge, so there’s always a comfortable spot to sit.

This use to be a good place but now it's time to find a new place to spend my money. They are purposefully making the place less conducive to work. We were told that after 4pm we could not have our laptops open on the large half of the building because they don't want paying customers working. We were told we could sit on the other side of the open area and have our laptops but there were no seats over there. We were buying concert tickets and not even working. The employees had no reason for this other than the owner doesn't want people working here. Been here for less than an hour and paid for 2 drinks so not like we were sitting here all day not buying things. They then proceeded to turn up the music volume to the point we couldn't even have a conversation.

Beautiful aesthetic. Great drinks. Fab location. Bonus was the Cookie Camper just outside to pair a treat with my yummy drink. Snag a book from the little shop a few doors down and you can spend hours at Puritan, too! I highly recommend you stopping here when exploring the idyllic Dickson Street!

love this place but please for the love of god let the employees control the thermostat every time we ask them to turn it down they say they can’t and look like they’re about to drop of heat stroke. it’s literally 77° in here rn.

The good: Food, pastries, beer, and coffee are good. Nice atmosphere and "vibe". Good variety of seating.The bad: Ants crawling all over a table upstairs. Outlets so loose I couldn't plug in my charger. Can't use receipt code after 15 minutes, so by the time I found a table and used the restroom it was expired. Service is hit or miss. Some baristas are awesome, others seem burdened by my existence.

Cool atmosphere, lots of beer on tap and a tasty peach margarita. Staff very helpful making recommendations and letting you taste drinks before committing to a full pour. Banana nut bread was delicious.

Loved this place! The coffee was very good and had a great atmosphere. Almost everyone in my group got two coffee drinks because they enjoyed it so much. This would be a great place to study or get work done.

Parking: We found street parking one block away, but did not look very hard for a parking lot around the shop. On the street we parked on, you have to pay for it on the weekends. There are food trucks in the parking lot of Puritan with some great options as well!
