Easily the worst Qdoba I’ve been to. Walked in just before noon and there were zero employees up front. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and came back to the counter and still no one there. I waited and watched an employee in the back hanging out and making coffee. Finally after a few minutes someone came out. No apology for the wait. Then I went to get some iced tea and they had none. I asked the employee if there was any in the back and all she said was “unfortunately not”. Didn’t offer to make any and definitely didn’t make any while I ate. Poor service all around. No wonder there were only 3 customers in there at lunch time.

This was my first time at Qdoba, and I must say, the carnitas were delicious. They were incredibly juicy and had a unique flavor that set them apart from Chipotle. The crispy taco was not too hard, making it easy to eat. I also appreciated the option to substitute one of my sides for a small queso. Their queso was flavorful and satisfying. However, I would like to make a change and stop ordering rice. It’s not as good as I used to think. I’ll probably stick with some chips instead. Overall, I feel like I’m eating a healthy meal here. I’m getting a good serving size of pork in this case.

Very friendly staff. Fresh ingredients make for a tasty meal. The pico de gallo was fantastic. Fair amount of food for the price. A variety of options to choose from. Well done. FIVE STARS! Thank you, Thank you!

If you want to get ripped off big time, this is the place.
$38 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks.
Never again.

Very mid for the price. Food was okay, nothing special. First burrito had a hair in it because the employee (not the bald manager mentioned frequently in the reviews) wasn’t wearing a hairnet or a cap. They made me a new burrito. But for the price, they shouldn’t be so stingy with the proteins. It was probably like 2 oz of birria. I could barely tell it was in there.
The other three people in our group were also “disappointed”.
We were there about 5:45pm and the place was empty. Everything seems very outdated and old.

Loved the food and service. I've been surprised that they havent been too busy the few times I've been there. It's pretty much just like Chipotle except cheaper (they dont charge extra for guacamole, sour cream or cheese dip) and in a more accessible location, plus they have some toppings that Chipotle doesn't have, like pickled red onions which I highly recommend. The quality of the meat has been outstanding (I've tried the shrimp, chicken and steak so far, with the shrimp being my favorite) manager has always been extremely helpful. My only concern with writing a good review is that they become too busy.

Watching a manager freaking out on an employee who was relatively calm and professional was alarming. You could tell he was trying to get the employee to quit because Arkansas will not give unemployment to those that quit instead of being fired without just cause. Hope they fire the manager and get the employee hired back. He was much more professional.
Manager was some guy in glasses and bald. I will never go there again because of this guy and will be telling this story to all my friends and family.
Employee service was good, food was ok but small portions for the money. But the manager made the experience unbearable and TOXIC. Wouldn't bring my kids to that.
4 stars for the employees, 0 stars for the hostile atmosphere created by management.

I went in to get a bowl it was great, but there was this employee who came a couple minutes late and the manager I didn’t see a name tag but he’s bald, he was making a big scene about it in-front of everybody. He started making a lot of rude comments to the employee as well and you could tell that the employee was very uncomfortable and the manager just doesn’t seem like he’s treating those employees right at all. it was very rude I even felt offended that behavior is unacceptable from anyone.

God awful service. Ordered delivery and didn't even receive some of the food. Called multiple times and when I finally got a person they told me they couldn't give a refund or even send the food I paid for to begin with. Literally stole money from me. DONT ORDER FOOD HERE

Where I’m from Qdoba is wildly popular, so after moving to Fayetteville I decided to try the one here. It was Definitely not a good experience. The menu prices were extremely inflated. They also charged 2.75 for an extra scoop of rice on my bowl, which was pretty outrageous. Never been to a location that charged for extra rice, and didn’t even tell me before hand. Would definitely go elsewhere

I came at an off hour around 3 on a weekday. 1/3 off my brown rice for my rice bowl was not cooked and made it really hard to eat. Unfortunately, I ordered it to go, I didn't realize it until I was down the road. The person at the counter did not seem like they wanted to be there, but was maybe having an off day. I went to Qdoba over Chipotle expecting better prices and ingredients. It cost $16 for a bowl and small drink. Seemed pretty high.
