The employee Brittany was new but you couldn’t tell she was very friendly and she made me feel very welcomed

Great food and prices. Excellent queso! The burrito bowls are fantastic. Great flavor. Wish they were closer to where I live, but willing to drive here. It's that good.

Lived in another state where qudoba is very popular. I've visited this location twice. 1st time just was getting queso. No one was in the store and the workers just looked at me. Can I oder please. Then today I came in at 11:45 no one again in there, took a minute to be waited on. They were out of salsa. Ok no problem , all the food was cold and took a bite of the chicken. It wasn't done. Won't be back to this location again. Really disappointed in service quality and very dirty.

Qdoba is one of my favorite restaurants, if not my very favorite, but this location is in need of some love.

1. Out of multiple ingredients
2. Drink machine broken
3. Bathroom was gross, no soap dispenser
4. Very odd portions in burrito, tons of cilantro (too much) and barely any rice.

Food was still good, just manage expectations going in here.

Walked in, there was absolutely no customers in the restaurant at 6:30 pm. That should have been the first red flag. We started to order, I ordered the three cheese nachos and they proceeded to tell us that they were “out of chips.” So we then decided on beef tacos which is when they told us they were out of beef! At that point we just walked out and ate somewhere else.

Oh, man. This place was so bad it was actually hilarious. We got there a couple minutes after open, and they weren't open. After like 15min, they let us in but told us they weren't ready to make food yet. More than 30 minutes after open, they started to take orders. They were out of several things already somehow, like guac. I ordered whatever weird quesadilla was the new special, and then watched as he set the fresh tortilla in a puddle of whatever water or cleaning solution was sitting on the food counter (probably just water, and soggy tortilla isn't the end of the world so I didn't say anything). Then waited like 20 minutes before coming up to ask when it would be ready, and then they realized that they left it in the grill. They still tried to give me this incredibly overcooked quesadilla. When we get our food, it was nasty. Like, super nasty. We accepted our loss and went somewhere else for lunch. Weird that this place is still in business.

Gio was amazing! Had an amazing attitude and explained all the add-ons and recommended the Habanero Lime Steak, which was super tasty. Asked me if I was a student at the U of A, which I am, and then gave me a discount! Qdoba is great but Gio is greater. 10/10 experience

I am a HUGE Qdoba lover. Like obsessed. I’ve been to many. This location is beyond the best service wise and food wise. Shane, Caleb, and the General Manager really strive to provide the best experience every single time. I am always impressed by how above and beyond they go. The food is always fresh and the portions are perfect. They are amazing!!!

We’re pretty excited to try this place. However, the food was not at all what we expected. Meat was so burnt it was hard, barely any rice for a rice bowl, the rice itself was way over cooked and clumpy. Our rice got the same portion amount as our toppings. The price did not match with the amount of food we received.
The floors everywhere were very very sticky and did not look clean.
Will not return or recommend.

Food was good, pricing was fair. It's nice they include (with no extra cost) some things their competitors upcharge for.

Well I was very happy to see that this location had opened back up! The employee was soooo nice, I wish I had gotten his name because he was really so pleasant, whoever was working at 7ish on 6/4..you’re an elite employee! The food was fresh and warm. The portions were perfect, no tiny scoops! And the place was nice and clean. Don’t have a bad thing to say!

Terrible service. I couldn't get tacos or soft tacos because they didn't have any tortillas or shells? Really? They are always under staffed and the food isn't like what it used to be when it was on Dickson.

Closed at 2pm on a Tuesday despite the online listing and times outside the door saying they were open. Lights on inside and everything, but doors locked.

The worse food I’ve had in a very long time. Out of chicken and food on the line was cold and crusted over. A waste of $34.00 for myself and husband. Will never go back!
