I placed an order for delivery and when I got it the chicken was burnt. It honestly taste disgusting. It’s sad, I was really happy about finally trying this place out, major let down. Wouldn’t advise this restaurant.

Up until tonight I was a big fan of Qdoba. Unfortunately tonight I feel like I was ripped off. The employee making my bowl put to be completely honest a pathetically small portion of chicken in my bowl. Like a tablespoon worth. Then when I asked for more I was told I would be charged for double. Absolutely absurd. Your competitors do not do this to customers and they give them their money's worth. This is not 18 dollars worth of food. Disappointing.

Came in on a rainy evening, had the Tortilla soups, one veggie, the other was chicken, we were both happy. The place was clean, service was friendly, speed was great, food was fresh, tasted great, staff was 10/10 stellar service!

Food was just not good at all. My chicken was half burnt and hard and some of it was just chewy I literally had to pick out all the chicken and didn’t even finish the bowl. I usually don’t even leave reviews but it was nasty.
Qdoba Mexican Eats is execellent place to eat. The staff’s excellent service, to me is what makes the overall dining experience incredible. Make sure to try the steak nachos with the spicy queso.

Worst qdoba I’ve ever been to! Burritos were Taco Bell sized at best, people go to qdoba for a fatty burrito not this skimpy garbage. Rice was dry and hard and the fountain drink machine was out of everything.

Ordered pickup and was very disappointed to see that the soda fountain had only about four drinks to choose from. Paid for a soda and ended up with water. The food was very good but I should have checked to make sure it was all in the bag. Was missing an applesauce, apple juice, and guacamole on my bowl. Thankfully the staff was very friendly as I picked up my order, however the place did not look clean. Drink bar didn’t look clean and there were random spills. Wish I had time to turn around and get my order corrected. I understand the staffing challenges as I am a manager myself, but when you are short-staffed, that is the time management needs to fill in.
