I ordered a cake from another bakery for a Birthday and it was awful, the cake was small, dry and had no flavor so I rushed to RICK'S I knew from previous visits they would have something, they did.. I was so happy to find a cake, a beautiful cake and it tasted great, it was soft and flavorful.. Thank you RICK'S for saving the Birthday....
I went into Rick’s here in Fayetteville. I stood at the counter. The place was busy but no line at the counter. Jennifer, the general manager comes up and asked if I was in line. I said I see no line but I’m in a big hurry. Dirty look from her, asked what I wanted., she put it in a bag and she threw it at me. I commented at the register and was told that sound about right. Apparently she isn’t very nice to her employees either. Remember Jennifer, a happy employee is a good employee and a happy customer leaves excellent reviews!

I was shocked and disgusted today as I watched a female working in the kitchen blow her nose with a tissue while wearing gloves, then put the used tissue into her jacket pocket and CONTINUE to touch the cookie dough she was working on with the same snotty gloves! No handwashing, no clean gloves. Just pure contamination and germs touching the food people purchase. I will definitely be rethinking my future bakery due to hygiene issues. Sadly this was not the only issue I saw from the back of house while there. Please reeducate on sanitation and safety.
