I have done it and got sum take out I love this place the people that work there are amazing and the food is soooo good, I got take out 15 minutes before they closed and it was amazing this place 10/10

Wanted to leave a solid review as our first few trips were excellent however our last visit was super disappointing. The waitress was nice but super spacey, we received hot dishes that were cold, from time we ordered to time we got food was 30 mins and she didn't really check on us at all. Then to make matters worse upon trying out their app I had uploaded over $100 in past purchases and was informed that they were denied for rewards as they are over 2 weeks old-to be clear the just added feature to upload receipts way after the purchases were made. Sad to say that they started strong but appear to be slacking already and I am really unsure we will return because for the cost of two folks to eat the food should at least be hot.
The hostess was super nice and the place looked really cool, but the sushi was super disappointing. I did take out and the quality was not there.

Me and my friend went we are from Texas and they made a huge deal out of our ids because they where out of state then our waitress had the manger come over and double check my id I was Beyond embarrassed then had a attitude the rest of my dinner and at the end she dropped my check book in soy sauce…but the food was truly amazing so next time we will do cart out

My family ordered dinner from the Trussville location and everyone got food poisoning. We called and informed the staff the next day and was told there is nothing they could do, but they would give us a call back later. After not receiving a call later we call back n once again was told there was nothing they could do, in fact we were told if they gave refunds for everyone that complained of getting sick they would be out of business. This is absolutely unacceptable from a place of business. This clears shies that the customer is not valued. All we asked for was our money to be returned .

The only reason I didn’t give one star is because our server was the sweetest. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was easily the worst sushi experience we have ever had. I ordered the salmon nigiri and was quite literally BROWN… for the price we paid, the quality of the food was just not there.

I would consider myself a regular here at this point. My girlfriend and I come here for lunch/dinner at least once every two weeks and are never disappointed. The food is always great, and the servers, especially Rachel, are just as amazing.

I placed an order through door dash last night at the location located on Martin Luther King Boulevard in Fayetteville Arkansas. It took my order over 40 minutes to get to (which wasn’t an issue) When my order got was delivered, I noticed that my shrimp roll wasnt in the bag so called the store to let them know that I was missing an item. The young lady that answered the phone cut me off before I could finish my sentence and asked are you calling about the shrimp roll? I responded and said yes I am. She said yeah we realized once the dasher left that we still had it, so yea it’s here. I said OK I guess I will come and pick it up. She responded and said sorry. We’ll see you in a little bit, sweetie. I drove 20 minutes to come and pick up the shrimp roll, when I made it, I was greeted by a young lady with red hair. She asked how she could help me, I stated that I called a few minutes ago about a shrimp roll that was left off of my DoorDash order and then I handed her the receipt. While fiddling with the receipt, she asked what item was left off. I repeated the shrimp roll that I called about. She asked again, which one, I repeated my self for the third time now. The shrimp roll on my receipt. I didn’t receive it. She said oh did you talk to somebody? I said yes, I called when I received my DoorDash order and explained that I didn’t receive that item so I would be on my way to pick it up… The young lady that I spoke with stated that it was still here. The young lady with the red hair then said OK, crumbled up my receipt and asked the staff to remake the shrimp rolls. I wasn’t really satisfied with the customer service at all. I paid through DoorDash to have it delivered and I still had to come and pick up the item from across town and then the staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating.
