My most favorite restaurant ever! Delicious, great atmosphere and friendly service.

Meal and service were terrible. Only 4 tables being served and the meal took 2.5 hours to receive. The highlight was being served melted ice cream and 3 cups of coffee, 1 cup at a time over the course of 30 minutes. On top of that the coffee was cold and watery. This place used to be good, but something has clearly happened. When we tried to talk to staff about it we were just met with recriminations. Fine- have your way, but there won’t be a next time. So embarrassed we brought a friend from out of town to show them this. At least they got a “show”.

Don’t let the construction (or anything) cause you to miss eating at this restaurant. So goood & pretty!!!

My husband’s third trip (he loves this place) but my first! Staff was great and food was amazing! We will be back!

We were waiting for 15 minutes in the table and nobody came to ask our order or drinks, we leave the place and one of the waitress say "have a good day" even she saw that we didn't order anything, they just didn't want to take our order. I'm from Ecuador I was really excited to find an Ecuadorian restaurant, but I'm now really disappointed

Had nine family members in the party, including three young children. Everyone enjoyed the food. The guacamole was great and the queso was great. We made the mistake of ordering 4 coffee con Leches and I’ve never had coffee that bad in my life. It was just like hot water, cream colored, totally diluted with a bunch of cinnamon dumped in it. I spent $185 with a tip and probably will not go back even though the food was very good just because if they cannot produce even a cup of coffee, I don’t want go there.

Very good experience at Rolando's. Food was excellent. Good drinks list and very prompt service.

Took my daughter out for lunch, very beautiful day, September 8Th 2024 so we decided to eat outside. We were asked if we wanted to drink menu which my daughter thought referred to alcohol only so we said no. I guess the drink menu includes soda also because were only offered water and didn’t think much about it.
to start off we ordered the shrimp quesadillas, which were OK to me. My daughter would only eat one because of the sauce that seem to be some kind of sour cream and she didn’t care for it.
I ordered the fajitas which I had asked for a mix of beef, chicken and shrimp and was told that they don’t do that unless there’s an extra two dollar charge, I said it was fine. When I got my meal, it was chicken only small portions for fajitas especially for $17 meal came with bell peppers, onions, sliced cucumber, which was odd and did not seem to be grilled so I did not have much flavor. We Ordered queso to go with our chips, the queso was the best part of the meal. The chips were full chips on top and half of the basket was full of broken leftovers. my daughters order had the same type of sauce that were on the appetizer and she had asked if it came with one enchilada or two and the waitress told her that it came with three so when she got her order, they were only two and it had the same sauce which she did not care for And she specifically asked for queso to be on top of enchiladas, she did ask the waitress about it. The waitress made an excuse rather than say she was sorry that she got the order wrong. She did offer to replace it but my daughter declined. My daughter had to wait for a water refill for maybe 10 minutes or so, girl just didn’t recognize her glasses empty. So overall you’re spending $75 for a meal including the tip which I left $10 you expect a lot more especially when you’re just trying something new for a change. So overall we were very disappointed and won’t be back .
Don’t know how this place ended up on a 5 star list?

Food was really good and played very nicely. Our table was really wonky and distracting. No beer on tap was disappointing.
