I want to commend the Member Services associates that are working this afternoon at Club 8209. I was exchanging an item when another customer (who repeatedly shouted that he is a 23 year associate) started making a scene regarding needing to buy gas at the station out front without a membership. He was unruly and continued to make a commotion. Both of the club associates were a bit rattled but handled the situation with kindness and professionalism beyond their ages.
Please let them both know that their calm demeanor in the face of an out of control person was impressive and what a great job they do!

I at the Fayetteville Sams Club this morning and I was very impressed with the fact that almost everyone was wearing a mask. Customers and employees. This was wonderful to see.
