Placed a catering order for $364.70 on Saturday. I received a confirmation email and everything. When I showed up to pick up the Order the staff said they never received my order and did not have enough material on hand to fulfill my order. I was told I would receive a refund and the owner would be reaching out to me. Two days later and I still have not received my refund or heard from anyone. When I call I either get a busy tone and no one answers.
Spectacular Service, absolutely delicious sandwiches, Textures, and flavors are amazing. 10 years ago, I came into this very same shop and ordered a Pastrami on Black Russian Rye, with the works and cucumbers. From then on I would introduce anyone I was with to such a great mass of flavors. I return to this store 10 years later and they have pulled the rye bread out of the choices.
