First time at this location and I had a coupon for my birthday, I asked the guy at the window if I could use a coupon and he just looked at me, scanned the coupon, and then slams the window shut. He then gave me my food and said “here’s your food”. It felt like I was bothering him to ask to put the discount on that I got from THEM! I know they normally like to know about coupons before you order but I accidentally forgot and it wasn’t even that hard to add the coupon on...

First time eating at Schlotzsky's. The number 8 sounded good, but I went with the number 7. I added bacon and deleted the tomato. Delicious & fresh sandwich, and the chips were good too. I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu.

The staff was really nice but they were out of all the diet drinks in the fountains. We ordered thru the mobile app but it sent the order to another location in another state that we had to call and cancel and hope they prices the refund that was provided over the phone.

The food was exactly right, as hoped, and delicious. The store was clean too.
