Had a nice lunch, fair price for enchilada plate and a beer.
Had a miscommunication with waitress regarding my order. I would have been fine eating it as-is but they wanted to make it right without asking, I was impressed.
Food: sauces on enchiladas were quite tasty and freshly made. One of the better mole sauces I have had. Rice was very bland, beans were also bland, but more flavor than rice. Ground beef was just ok but had a nice fresh flavor. Chicken was good. Spinach (enchilada) was also fresh and tasty.
Nicer and cleaner than the average local family Mexican restaurant. Would recommend and would return.
Have returned several times, still 4 stars. They rush you to order and rush you out. Are you Russian? Stop rushing. It’s rude to customers who are paying for food and drinks and trying to unwind from their day.
Seriously. Stop rushing customers. I would come here more often if not for this.

I don’t accept deliveries from here anymore. The new staff is terrible. No smiles, no interaction whatsoever they just immediately tell me “ok wait.” Or, they just stand around and talk and ignore people. I understand the host vs the to go counter are two different things, but at least have some decency and greet people. I loved the staff that’s been here for a while but the new hires are awful. Won’t be coming here to eat and won’t accept deliveries from here again.

No employee we had could understand us, checks were messed up, orders were ignored, menus are incorrect and misleading

My family and I usually eat at Serranos when we are in town for basketball games. We ate there Thursday evening after the girls game. Service was slower than usual. The queso, chips and salsa is delicious and food was decent enough to keep us coming back. The staff started cleaning the restaurant while the restaurant still had customers in there still eating. They were sweeping all around us and even mopped. It was annoying but not a deal breaker for us. The thing that got us was a female server grabbed a basket of chips from our table ran with it to the back turned around and walked it to a table that just came in and served them to a table that was closer to the front door. We sat across from the kitchen. My husband, a few of my older children and I all saw it happen. We will not be back. That’s disgusting.🤢

Came to pick up my order that I ordered over the phone. Got there and waited and waited while workers passed me by looking at me. I track someone down and they think I am picking up an order as a door dasher. They were very apologetic after realizing I wasn’t a door dasher. Food is always great but that was not ok. So they just have door dashers wait longer? They are picking up food for their customers…you would think they would be more helpful and greet every customer that walks through the door.

For starters, I shouldn't be leaving hungry after eating a full order of fajitas. The portion was absolutely pitiful today. The service was worse. We weren't even offered a high chair. My husband found one eventually. I ordered a water so the waiter just assumed our whole table wanted water. Then, as we waited entirely too long with closed menus our waiter bussed a table before bothering to take our orders, and walked by ignoring us for a solid ten minutes until my husband finally had to whistle and wave to get his attention. We've been here numerous times, but this visit definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

We order this to be picked up and both chicken entrees were undercooked to where we couldn’t eat it because it was so chewy and it was nearly frozen it was so cold. Not to mention the portions are TINY. Undercooked, freezing, small meal. Not good. Will NEVER be ordering here again.

Food is typically good, but they seem to have cut back on their portions of rice and and queso on dishes like the Fayetteville special, fajita nachos, and the ranchero special.

The food nor service was good. The food wasnt fresh. Also, my son ordered a shrimp dish that's suppose to have a spicy sauce, and it tasted like sweet BBQ sauce. Server only checked on us once, and never bothered to ask if we needed anything. The restaurant and Christmas decorations were pretty though.

Ordered Margaritas and carne asada asked for rare. Got well done.... Food was flavorless. The rice literally had Frozen vegetable medley in it..... Margaritas weren't very good The bartender was not attentive at all Even though there was nobody else in the place and to top it off there was mold everywhere. But at least the chips and salsa are good and the prices are lower
