Fantastic, the Coco Royale was delicious. And it’s not too expensive.

We love this place. Best snow cones in Fay!
We go out of our way to go to this snow cone shack but we showed up a couple times and they were closed during open season with no notice, explanation or sign on the window. Now when we want one, we’re not sure if we should drive to it, very unfortunate.

Immediately when they opened the window, I got the biggest mean girl vibes. They seemed like they were in a bad mood and super unfriendly. I asked if they did samples and she said “not really”. So I proceeded to ask “what if I don’t like the flavor”, she then laughed and kept saying “idk” in an unfriendly tone. On top of that, they completely over did the syrup and there was a puddle in the cup once they handed it to me. Not a good first experience.

WORST SHAVED ICE EVER. I ordered a butterscotch wedding cake with cream. They had no cream Went ahead and got my shaved ice and it was tasteless with only splotches of color. $5.00 for basic ice and two drops of syrup. Even when the ice melted it was light colored water, not a thick delicious concoction. Go somewhere else. If you do don't get to go. Stand there and make sure they actually make you a sno-cone.

Gave up and left after sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. When we arrived, we were the 5th car in line. 30 minutes later we were the 2nd car in line. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back.

Drove all the way here and the little snow cone shack is gone.
Drove here and it was closed… terrible business model. If you’re closed, maybe post that you’re closed.

Super good mom and pop spot, perfect for after the mini golf across the street from it
This place started off feeling like a good choice. They offered larger cups with flat tops to accommodate our travel and to eliminate the mess. Huge plus. The flavor was mediocre compared to others and their ice was hard and lumpy, not well filtered and tasted like dirt. They were a little light on juice in 2 of our 4 Cones. After we left and entered a store, 2 of my family members had juice and sticky sugar all over them because their cups had holes in the bottom that we didn't notice until they started melting. My spouse and child both made a huge mess all over themselves with the leaky cups. Not a great experience. This was the college avenue location in Fayetteville.
Good variety of flavors, but the ice is a little chunky & 2 of the 4 in my group had holes in the bottom of our cups.
Great shave ice! A real summer treat
Probably the worst Snowcone I’ve ever had. The ice is like shards of ice equivalent to “crushed ice” from a refrigerator. Not soft at all. We were literally crunching large pieces of ice trying to eat it. Spends $25 on something none of us ate nor enjoyed.
