Sissy's Snowcones is an amazing Snow cone shop. Its pricing is amazing for the portions you get. The only problem is that it may take a while as there is a line and it takes a while to make the snow cones. Really amazing place though!
Overall, Sissy’s is a nice snow cone shack. They have a great atmosphere, average service, and a lot of toppings and flavor options. HOWEVER! The reason *why* I give them a 4 star rating, rather than 5, is because of the snow cones themselves. The ice that they use for there snow cones is not finely ground up like a powder and therefore makes for a crunchy snow cone.

Our favorite local snowcone place in NWA! The staff is always kind, although be prepared to wait b/c there is usually a line, and it takes a while for orders. But they have inventive combos and flavors, including Key Lime Pie (with a pie slice on top) and snowcones stuffed with ice cream and cheesecake. They also have a large selection of fruit, juice, and candy that you can add too. Their prices are average- they start around $2.50 and go up to $5 BUT be aware if you get specialty...
