Our “server dude” was kind, and even gave us a complimentary dessert due to our longer wait time (we didn’t even ask about our food; he just recognized it was taking a while, and offered us the treat!). I actually fell on my way into the store to get my puck up order .it was dark and I couldn't see the curb ! It is painted all the way until it rounds a little corner . Well that's where I tripped I went down so hard ! It was embarassibg as well as painful ..I told them inside what happened and the kid walked me to me car very sweet kid ..but they never took a report nothing ?♀️

I love slims! But oh my god this location is awful. It's not the cashiers usually, but something going on in the back makes everything 10x longer. I ordered a chicks meal and it took 20 minutes to make it! And I was the only person in the store! I give this place a lot of grace because i do love the slims chains, every time i go people are rude, it is slow, and the food is definitely not up to par. In the same chicks meal mentioned above, the chicken tenders were TINY. (See photo) and I am a 5'2 woman! My hands are not that big. So in comparison it's insane! Toast and fries were fine. But this chicks meal was clearly my last straw.

They couldn't make my Waffle and Chickens because they didn't have any mix. So they gave me a Complimentary Card. I tried a couple days later and come to find out the Complimentary Card wasn't even activated. AKA useless. They didn't even try to make it right. Never coming back again!

My mother and I went to have lunch after biting into a piece of her chicken strip She was extremely grossed out to find it was not even cooked all the way through. What was even more disappointing is how the staff handled the situation. The assistant manager didn't appear to know what he was even doing an apology was never offered after some time he finally just gave me $11 the receipt and that was basically it turned around and walked away which wasn't even the total of her meal.

The service was horrible, Karloz O was very rude and told us she hoped our tenders were burnt. The atmosphere was good.

It's okay. It's hard to turn left going out because of location and traffic. It's not my favoriteParking: The parking lot is next to the hwy. So when your trying to find a spot you could have cars coming in on you quick ?
