30 min in drive through then the kid slammed window in may face
Food was very dry, and did not taste fresh at all. I DO NOT recommend this place.
I will never go back.......
On 7/16 at approximately 11:25 I went to the drive through at the El Dorado, AR Slim Chickens. I promptly ordered my meal, just a Chicks Meal with Peach Tea, nothing special about it. I did want regular BBQ Sauce and was told that they no longer carry regular bbq sauce, but I could get honey bbq. Was also told they no longer carry coleslaw. I then drove up to the window behind another vehicle and waited just a minute or so. My turn now, I pay and receive my Peach Tea and am asked to pull forward. I do. I wait 15 minutes, while waiting two vehicles are asked to pull over to the side, then a vehicle comes after them and they receive their meals. As does the next vehicle. So I call the store and am told that my meal will be right out. Five minutes later I am still waiting, so I go inside to get my food. I was not very kind as I felt I had waited long enough. I was told that the sandwiches didn't take as long and that is why the people behind me had gotten their food. This is not my first bad experience with the El Dorado, AR Slim Chickens. I think to save myself from further frustration I will no longer be visiting Slim Chickens in El Dorado, AR and this is a personal decision I am making that is hard to make because I really like the food and love the peach tea. But, it just isn't worth the frustration I have when visiting the Slim Chickens in El Dorado, AR.

Seems like I really like stuff there and you quit carrying it. These were popular items here, yet you take them away.
What happened to Customer Service? I does not exist at the El Dorado, AR Slim Chickens. I am so very disappointed with Slim Chickens. When it first opened here in El Dorado it was great, great customer service all the good stuff, but it has deteriorated greatly. It is going to take a lot on your part for me to come back as a customer and I will make sure that all my friends and acquaintances know how horrible the El Dorado, AR Slim Chickens has become. Thank you for your time in reading this.
Employees too cool to apologize for missing a few items forcing me to go back twice. Rather he shrugs and chuckles. Lmao. Guess it's Popeyes on Sundays. Spend your money elsewhere.
They are opening a new one here in decatur al and my son is in training right now, he told me they don't give breaks because there are too many employees working. I know that Alabama is a right to work state, but come on, I can't believe that you are willing to work a person for long hours without at least letting them eat and have water. It's abuse!
The general manager, Wayne, of the Cedar Lake, Biloxi, MS store was extremely rude and disrespectful after we told him the food we ordered was over cooked and nasty. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he acted like he was offended. You guys will never keep customers if this is how you treat people. As a law enforcement officer I would never conduct myself the way Wayne did. I will be sure to let everyone in my social circle know not to eat at slim chickens.
When SC first opened, the food was great but gradually went downhill. Today we had chicken and waffles and the waffles were soggy, soft and cold, couldn't eat them. Chicken was dry. With the new Raisin Cane's next door, SC better get on the stick and get some good food or no one will eat there!
Your general manager Donnie Whitten for the Fort Walton Beach location is extremely rude and unprofessional,just wanted to say that I now understand WHY he was fired from Chick-fil-a ?
I spent 25.00 yesterday online order and they carry it to another person, so I call to ask if I could get a refund the manager got smart with me. I still haven't gotten my money back yet.
I'm a very unhappy customer with slim chickens. I found a foreign object piece in my oreo dessert jar that I recently got from them. Bad part about it is: I got a spoon scoop with the foreign object piece & it cut my tongue.Slim chickens needs to pay very, very close attention to when they put these jars together and making sure the ingredients are fresh and that there are no foreign objects being mixed in with their food. Even if somebody has a long wait , their food should be prepared fresh and the food should not have any foreign object pieces or anything in it.That's why I include the pictures with this post. Because I want people to understand that: We still need to check our food. Because people are not paying attention when they are giving us our food & not double checking their staff or food orders for Safety, Accuracy and Freshness.

I ordered from the restaurant and when I got my order they were out of syrup I ordered chicken and waffles with extra syrup and extra butter never got the butter never got the syrup I called corporate office three times because I order Slim Chickens at least twice a week and I never got a call back I'm so upset with them
The food is NEVER fresh for the price. The kids working are extremely rude. I will not be back here. I rather go to canes. Call corporate and you can’t talk to a human. They clearly don’t care about customer service. We have to collectively stop supporting these businesses!
The food is good food, in fact, I was calling their corporate office to ask why they discontinued the strawberry salad because it was the best thing on the menu. The reason I’m giving it a low rating is the corporate office… Just try calling their number and trying to speak with a human being… You get transferred to the operator to leave a message - you get transferred to Marketing to leave a message - it doesn’t matter what department you get transferred to - you leave a message. So there is no person at the corporate office to talk to about their business - what kind of business is run where no one wants to talk to the people/consumers who support that business! Horrible corporate policy!
