Ordered double no cheese, no onion, no mustard. First order came back single cheeseburger with all the toppings. Sent it back and got a single no cheese with all the toppings. Would like a refund
Terrible! My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with loaded fries, my daughter and I ordered supreme tacos. We sat down and my husband ordered a beer at 5:30 while we waited for the food which came about 20ish minutes later. The grilled chicken sandwich was missing the chicken and the fries were plain. When he asked the runner about the missing chicken she said she would get some. That's when he realized the fries were plain. Another person showed up and we told them about the debacle. She went off to get the fries. We waited anther 10 minutes for the chicken and fries. The chicken was overcooked and leathery. The fries were cold and soggy. The tacos were good, but the chips were horrible and old tasting. When my husband went to cash out the bar tab for the single beer, at 6:15ish, he was charged full price because it was after happy hour. When he argued and showed them then time he got the beer, he was then told it wasn't part of the HH special even though it's printed on the HH menu. Don't waste your time going to this location. They did give us a free appetizer coupon, but we won't be using it.

How hard is it to NOT put pickles on my burger!!!!!!!!!!

How hard is it to make a customer happy? Give them what they want on their burger. At this point, Burger King has you beat. WOW!!!

It took 30 minutes to receive burger and onion rings. I'm thinking kitchen understaffed this time? Not waited this long before even on a game night. Missed our movie.
