I flew into the Fayetteville airport and was looking for lunch. Smoke ‘N’ Willie was the a short walk. As someone who has spent over 40 years in Texas I was anxious to try the local BBQ. I had the sliced brisket sandwich, potato salad, and beans. It was every bit as good as what I was accustomed to. I was especially impressed how the staff checked on me 3 or 4 times to make sure I didn’t need something. The only disappointment was what appeared to be canned beans instead...
Love the place. Get the japañeo buns. They make the bbq sandwiches a 10. They potatoes salad is great. The Mac is really good. Also the owners make it amazing. They make you feel welcomed. They are also funny. Will be good there next time I am passing bye.
Our brisket was very lean and smoky flavored. The beans were perfect with a good amount of quality pulled pork. We enjoyed eating in the covered area with lights in the evening. Nice people
