Sad. On of my favorite places is cutting quality and quantity. The Burger Bowl now has 3 small dry patties instead of the real fresh and juicy ground beef. Paid $18 to because added extra meat to make it a decent plate and a $1 tip. Still, young server/cashier provided the smallest plate ever.

I normally love this place but saw something concerning today I wanted to bring up just in case it helps someone:I saw someone refill a container of walnuts (which happens to be directly above a container of maca powder) and drop some walnuts in the maca powder. She then scooped the walnuts out of the maca powder and proceeded working.Doesn't seem like a huge deal but if you have serious tree nut allergies then, this info is for you. I wouldn't eat here after knowing that.I'll still come and support this local business but I hope they clean up their food handling practices.Tip for owners: put the ingredients containing allergens on the bottom row.

I LOVE Snack Lab, the food is delicious and nutritious!! I have quite a few limitations in my diet. If there is something I can’t have they are very accommodating and have many substitutions. I am so grateful to have a place I can go to that has many gluten free and dairy free options. The staff is very helpful and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend!!

I had the beef teriyaki bowl with lots of good veggies and quinoa, but the beef was not tender at all. Teriyaki flavor was flavorful. Won’t order again.

Great option for those on a strict diet! They don't use any cane sugar, not even in their salad dressings! My husband wasn't a huge fan of the food, but for someone like me who is cutting out grains, sugar, etc, it was restaurant heaven haha. I was excited to be able to order pretty much anything on the menu! You can order bowls and smoothies up front, or they have a little grab and go section of premade bowls and stuff
You have to try this place! I am in love with cold brew smoothie, huevos rancheros and taco about it! Staff os amazing

This location is ok. The Bentonville location is much better (5 stars). 3 stars because the inside is very clean and they have a good selection, just like Bentonville. The only major downside is that the food here is always so inconsistent and there is one cashier girl who is always rude... every single time. I'm sure it's the same girl people have mentioned in the reviews, because yes, she rolls her eyes and has attitude for no reason. I have emailed management before about the same employee when she was the only one preparing food with her face mask all the way down -- same girl, same crappy attitude. The rest of the cashiers are always super friendly and helpful, though! The burger bowl is really tasty, but the salmon risotto bowl is always inconsistent. Some days it's good, some days it's like salmon jerky -- very tough and dried out. The bakery items have been consistent and tasty!

Food is good.. the squash mix on the tacabout is too salty. Service is not good.. the girl taking my order was rude and was rushing me so she messed up my order. Than I went to let her know I was missing ingredients and she literally took my plate very rude rolled her eyes and just threw the food on there with the spoon.. while she was doing that I herd her talking crap about me to the older employee right next to her. Hopefully the manager does something about this . Date and time. 1/25/22 @ 12:45 she was wearing a green shirt.

The food was delicious and staff were pleasant.I ordered curbside and did not realize ot was on the side of the building because a SUV was parked in front of the sign making it hard to see.

Mmmm...Salmon Risotto. ❤️By far the best clean restaurant in NWA. Not only do they have compostable utensils and bowls, but they also carry a plethora of drinks NOT in plastic containers. I always get the Salmon Risotto but sub the riced beets with riced cauliflower; I am never disappointed. Their granola isn't bad either!
