Waited over 10 minutes for nobody to ever answer the stall. Food is consistently incorrect or cold OR missing. I’ve had this experience several times at this location and it seems to be rather consistent. If you order on the app you’ll generally wait about the same amount of time to have your food brought out, usually incorrect. I would not recommend this Sonic. They also charge 1 dollar for a pup cup which is insane considering you can’t order them off the app. Very questionable practices.

I ordered door dash 5 breakfast burritos and they gave me one freaking sauce like wowww come on sonic yall should know better than that I am very disappointed in the service and the way EMILY handled the call when I tried to voice me disappointment about my order sonic you need to train your employees better on there customer service I will never be ordering from here again

I ordered a milkshake and pretty mix just gut straight milk. It was watered down and melted. Not to mention I politely asked them if they could remake it and the second time around was worse than the first. This is the second time this has happened here.

Lady on drive through speaker was condescending and charged for waters which accompanied our food order. I asked about this, they said they charge for waters even with food orders. I cancelled my order. They then poisoned my pregnant passenger's order. She ordered a cheesecake master shake. It arrived loaded with salt; as if they mixed it themselves and used salt instead of sugar.

I have loved this sonic for a long time. Good food and service is always speedy. I’ve taken issue recently though with the way they’re charging for sauces. 50¢ per packet. At first I thought this was company wide. It’s not. At other stores they’ll charge you after 5 sauces which is reasonable. This one charges you from the jump though which just feels beyond greedy. Especially when their primary demographic is college kids. Lame.

We tried using the app to order but it kept glitches. We tried 2 different phones :( the highlight was 1 of the servers must have noticed we were having a problem, he came over and offered so many different options & suggestions. (I wish I had caught his name!!!) I was so impressed with his helpful manner I had to call up & tell the manager her. We ended up getting the app working & getting our order. Honestly, without his consideration we would have left before getting the app to work.
