The blonde middle aged worker here was extremely rude. My friend and I both had mobile orders with one drink each. The app doesn’t allow you to check in two phones in the same stall so we have to do it back to back. She came back out visibly irritated and then aggressively threw/dropped the straw into our vehicle and stormed off without saying a single word.

The price stated on the menu is a LIE!!! At least a dollar or two more when you check out. This really adds up on struggling families. Be honest!

Ordered a basic cheeseburger and double cheeseburger at drive-thru window. I was the only person in the drive-thru. I timed it - I waited 14 minutes. The woman at the window was friendly, but she should have had me pull up since a long line developed behind me. The biggest issue for me was the change in the beef patty. Everything else about the burger was fine, fresh enough, however Sonic has added a significant amount of liver to their hamburger mixture. It's a cheap filler with an off-putting flavor (to me). Yes, it's likely 100% all beef, although I don't really know? But it was inedible. I won't have another hamburger from Sonic.

Razor Mechanic

Never customer service. I showed up to order. When the person got on the speaker. As soon as I tried to order she said something rude and just hung up and never got back to me. Wasted 20 minutes to NOT be served…. I’m never coming back to this place..

Sat in the drive thru for several minutes before being acknowledged, then they came on and said they would be with me in a few. Finally placed order and get to the window where they swipe my card, then tell me they don't have what I ordered, so I will have to order something else. We literally drove there just for the slushes they didn't have. We then ordered drinks that cost less and where told pretty much that it's close enough to the original price that I paid and they wouldn't give me back the difference. It was the most unorganized sonic crew I have ever seen.

Went there about a month ago, got two small master shakes and they weren’t blended. Peanut butter and Oreos were all clumped together in the bottom of the cup and our cups were very sticky.

Decided to give it another chance tonight just to get a super sonic breakfast burrito where alll the bacon was at the bottom of the wrap. The whole rest of the burrito was egg and jalapeño. No tater tots or tomatoes in it from what I could tell.

Every time we decide to go to this location, it has been disappointing in some way since we moved to this side of town.

I ordered three drinks and sat for 15 minutes only to be told that they didn’t even my drink order. No apology or anything. Was only asked if I still wanted to order. This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. If I could give no stars I would.

Does not take tap pay or any other form of digital payment apparently even though everything online says Sonic does in general and I have at a different location before. Also did not offer to just give me the drink so they wound up throwing it in the trash I guess instead cuz that's what you do for customer service

Just a regular old Sonic. Burgers are good. Happy hour is good deal. But service was kind of slow for a drive-thru. Not bad, not great. It's Sonic lol. I recommend their breakfast toasters! Great value.
