I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. The manager was very, very kind and changed it for me all while being very polite. Would recommend.

Had two employees give attitude looks at me for no reason while waiting on my drink and neither of them delivered my drink to me, a guy employee gave me my drink and he was sweet. One girl was a regular cast member with brown hair and wearing black capri’s leggings gave me two attitude looks through the glass window door and coming back from delivering an order and the other dressed in all black with brown hair gave one look walking to an car. I’m guessing they thought I was someone they thought they knew but doesn’t give you a reason to act like that to people you don’t know

It's really annoying that for the past few months, the employees have either gonna REALLY LAZY or don't know what they are doing. But I believe im done coming here. Numerous occasions slushes of all different flavors come to me or the people im with WHITE.!!! How can a grape slush be white or a strawberry lemonade be white.!! Come on now.! Im just done.! This is literally the ONLY SONIC that does this.!! Yall don't care enough about your job to receive my money.! Wont be coming back.!!

The app was broken which they were nice enough to still honor the discount however we got basically a route 44 of Ice.

I pulled up try to place my order on the app. App wasn't working. So I pushed the red button. Got a female employee who I did not get her name. I told her I wanted a single burger, easy onion, extra lettuce and pickle. She read this back to me three times completely wrong the last time she was trying to take off the lettuce and tomato which I didn't say anything about. Then I asked if that's what she said. She said yes. I told her that was not correct. Repeated my order again. She then yells at me through the speaker. Anything else I my stated that she does not need to yell at me. My order still not correct and being yelled at. I told her because I was yelled at she lost a customer. So I didn't call to speak to a manager. Not something I normally do. Manager that I got was Abby and said that there was a lot of things happening inside so she was probably having trouble hearing. I explained that's understandable but that's not what she said. She yelled at me. Anything else without getting my order correct when it is one sandwich. So I now do not have lunch and I'm pissed off. Will not go to this one again. Hopefully next time she doesn't yell at the customer and says I'm sorry it's loud in here. Can you repeat your order? It's not that hard. The customer will be understanding. I know I have worked 24 years of customer service in the food industry as well as retail. And it has never been acceptable to yell at a customer. But apparently the management at this Sonic believe it's okay as long as there's a reason like people are making too much noise inside. Obviously they're going to make noise inside. If it's too much then say hey guys. Remember we're taking orders here something.

This is the second time now that we have gone right around 9pm. Today was 9:05 and they close at 10. They already shut down the grill. How you going to do that when you still have an hour left of service!? Then we just ordered some coneys and popcorn chicken and it still took almost 30min. This is ridiculous.
