I’ve always had a good experience at Sonic! Good service, friendly servers! Best Sonic in the area! I’ll be going back soon!
Ordered. And waited over 30 minutes with four children.we watched other patrons being served while we waited. When I “pushed “ the red button, I had to reorder only to be told my food was done but we had to wait for drinks. After three more minutes, I left.
Poor customer service, broken screen that never showed our order, and the payment screen was unavailable. We understand it was busy but i was a customer too.
I have been to this sonic a few times this month and I always see this kid named Halen I believe seeing his name on the stall screen thing, running back and forth to the customers in orderly fashion and greeting and asking any questions that they will always answer back. He would always be to my stall in 5-10 seconds or less after it says “Your carhop is bringing your food” or something like that.
