I ordered a drink, 2 corn dogs, and a jr cheeseburger. It took 20 minutes for it to be brought to my car, and I watched several people leave with their food after I ordered.

This location gave us half the mozzarella sticks we ordered, and two burgers with no patties. This is not the first time we have received food that either isn’t fully prepped, or half of what was ordered. You all purposefully skimping on parts of the food ordered is ridiculous. Managers/owners here need to be held accountable for ripping people off continuously.

This continues to be the worst Sonic not only in NWA, but maybe the whole of the USA. Orders consistently wrong, missing items and the staff is soooo rude. I go out of my way to get Sonic at other locations. Just terrible.

literally neverrr fill my blasts up and never put enough of the additional things like oreos, brownie, m&ms etc. this time i asked for extra on 2 things in 1 blast and they put the least they’ve EVER put!😂 like how do you manage that?! paid $3 extra for less🤦🏻♀️

Yeah, this is tough. In the past 6 years Sonic has taken a nosedive. 7 years ago Sonic was solid. Today Sonic is sketchy. Tell me you think the portions are reasonable. Tell me you DON'T suffer gastrointestinal distress after consuming their product. I'm loathed to call it food. I've been patient, thought it was just one location, but no. 5 States, 5 years. Even that cute Sonic in Alpine, Texas (if you know, you know). DOM Rock, top of the hill, on the Rio Grande. Anyway, I lived in that 1 room shack 8 miles downriver for 10 years. Off-grid, water from a spring.
I digress. Sonic is garbage. Sorry, y'all. McDonald's suffers the same blight. And I haven't darkened the door of a Burger King since '03.
My favorite? There's a grotty little joint in Lawrence, Kansas. Vietnam Cafe. Straight-up street food. Delicious phoʻ, banh mi... there's a nail salon at the end of the bar.
Sanitation be damned.

Ordered online and paid, because it says they open at 6 am. When I went to pick up my food, there was 1 employee sitting outside, said he was waiting on his manager to show up. They weren't open!!! Now I can't get my food and have to wait until God knows when for the manager to show up just to request a refund!!!

We were on a 8/9hour trip, drove through the area and was hungry so stopped by this location. We ordered a chicken sandwich and number 10 (pop corn chicken) and we asked for large drinks. it took about 10mins for get our food. We got it left to get back on the road and it was a number 2(smash burger) and the drinks were mediums. Im pregnant and the smell of the burger was making me gag so we turned around bc i couldnt eat it. They made us the chicken but it took another 10mins. When talking to the lady in the speakers we were nice and just said there was a mistake and we wanted popcorn chicken with BBQ dipping sauce. So after waiting the 10mins they came out with the popcorn chicken and pretty much threw it in our hands and went inside. Looked in the bag, no sauce. Called on the speakers again still nice and just asked for BBQ. But this experience was so bad it was comical. Not only does it look ran down, the food has a weird taste. The customer service was just absolutely awful. Ive worked in the food industry I know its super annoying, its hot, its alot of everything! This was absolutely terrible and i would be embarrassed to call this my work place. The girls continued to cut us off on the speaker. The place was not busy there was our car and one other car. The girls were inside just texting in one of the corners they just rotated on using the corner the whole 20-30min we were there.

Asked for 3 medium blast and they fill them up barley half way and called it good and also asked for a rt 44 also gave me a medium that wasn't even close to full either...it's not that hard to read a ticket and do your job...do better.
Most stalls have been taken for online orders.. The quality of food is cheap for the prices they charge. Another grilled cheese with no cheese, the butter is awful. Sonic use to have a great grilled cheese. The fries were so greasy I couldn't eat them.
