Coming from working at a Sonic in Missouri for several years. I ordered N ultimate burrito and my husband order an American dog. The American dog was obviously very old to the point where it was wrinkled. The ultimate burrito looked good, it's my favorite food, until ity started dripping black grease, obviously from a dirty grill and it also had hair in it. We threw our food away and took the loss because we weren't willing to try anything else made in that store.

My order was 12 dollars an 6 cent all I had on my card was 12 dollars an I wanted to give them the 6 cent in change they wouldn’t let me at all so I couldn’t get my food that’s is crazy so many time we as people just leave our change or donate when they ask but they couldn’t let me get by with 6 cent never again will I eat there again

A small boy took my order and he really ruined my year. He had red hair, he was 5 foot flat, he talked with a high pitched voice. He dropped my order on the ground then picked it back up and handed it to me. But it was wet because it fell in a puddle. My food was ruined. I gave him a small tip online but I did not give him a cash tip. He began yelling racial slurs at me because I am of a dealer complexion. He wiped boogers on my windshield and flipped my off as he walked away. I can’t stand this. Sonic cannot hire little children any longer.

A small, incompetent red hair haired leprechaun 12 year old waiter dropped my order on the side of the car and he smelled my drink but his nostril hit the straw. He was struggling to carry my order. He got aggressive when I didn't provide a cash tip but I gave him a online tip already. Everything else was good but that child needs to be let go. There is no way he was old enough to work there.

Couldn't order without yelling. If it's truly an equipment malfunction, why isn't this stall closed? Person next door can talk in a normal voice. I'm not enjoying yelling with long delay time.

We ordered drinks at happy hour, they had serious problem w/ time as there clock said 1:59, to our closk set by bank time of 2:00 on dot!The drink was $3 for a large cup of ice!!Will not stop here again!????

This is the best sonic in town. The food is always right and hot. My favorite food is the cheesy tots and they make sure your cheese is actually on the tots instead of the box.

Ordered. And waited over 30 minutes with four children.we watched other patrons being served while we waited. When I “pushed “ the red button, I had to reorder only to be told my food was done but we had to wait for drinks. After three more minutes, I left. Poor customer service, broken screen that never showed our order, and the payment screen was unavailable. We understand it was busy but i was a customer too.
