Stopped by on my way to work for breakfast. Took a little while before it said the order was on the way, maybe 5 mins. Then another 4-5 mins goes by and my order still hasn’t been delivered. I rang back in and was immediately assured that they were on their way out with my order. I explained I would need to cancel the order if it isn’t out soon. I had already paid with my card at the stall. ANOTHER 5 mins goes by and finally my order is brought out. It’s not even what I ordered. She forgot my iced coffee. Then when she brought my iced coffee she forgot a straw. She told me she would cancel my order due to the wait and it not even being what I ordered but the order has yet to be cancelled. As a former carhop and assistant manager, this was my worst Sonic experience ever.

BLT has plenty of bacon they put mayo lettuce and tomato great sandwiches they have other great burgers ffs my husband loves the chili cheese coney I have a brother that loves chili cheese
My burgers were a little light on the lettuce but other than that they were great!

The Fayetteville AR Sonic has always had great fast, friendly service. Today I stopped in for an extremely RARE treat, one of their cheeseburgers. As usual, juicy, well cooked, but not dry. And crisp, crunchy onion rings, hot and fresh, made with real onions, not onion mix. Well worth the trip. ?
