The food is really great, and we received excellent customer service and patience from the person taking our order. However, because we didn’t have enough funds, we weren’t able to leave a tip. Despite this, when we received our order, the person insisted on a tip. Since this is a drive-thru service, while sometimes my friends have given tips, it should not be pressured. I hope you can review or clarify whether tipping is mandatory or not. Thank you.
I just want to give a shout out to Zay and the other night crew who worked Sunday Feb 4th. They seemed to be a bit short staffed. But Zay was hustling and still pleasant when she delivered our order. The food was fresh and hot. Thanks to y'
