This place used to be really good; they've gone down hill. Early morning shift does good; it's the afternoon and dinner they mess up a lot. They're still better than Elkins McDonald's though.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and they tasted like fish....my son said that his hamburger didn't taste right either... shortly after eating a few bites his stomach started hurting...the other one in the car also had mozzarella sticks and started feeling sick to her stomach.

This store is ran by teenagers who consistently mess up orders and have slow slow service. Get some adults in there!

Everything I ordered they told me they could get me but when I got my order half of the things were missing, I called the manager. She said they didnāt even have gravy for the last two years with it for the chicken that they told me that they were gonna give me gravy some man they also have a button to order Texas toast and I asked if they did and he said no he had no way of knowing how much that was. Donāt trust this Elkins, Arkansas Sonic unless youāre talking to a manager. It is very apparent that the men that work here at least during the evening do not care if they get the order right or if you get what you ordered or if they even tell you the correct thing.

I had the blt, it was pretty good. Been there quite a few times lately. It's Sonic, however the service from their bright, kind employees is the gift at the Sonic in Elkins, ar. The service and the orders seem to be dead on and with a new customer centered experience. Bravo to you and your employees, well done.
