Everything I ordered they told me they could get me but when I got my order half of the things were missing, I called the manager. She said they didn’t even have gravy for the last two years with it for the chicken that they told me that they were gonna give me gravy some man they also have a button to order Texas toast and I asked if they did and he said no he had no way of knowing how much that was. Don’t trust this Elkins, Arkansas Sonic unless you’re talking to a manager. It is very apparent that the men that work here at least during the evening do not care if they get the order right or if you get what you ordered or if they even tell you the correct thing.

The good has really gone down hill I think. And it's $$ spent over $30 didn't really order much. And they messed up the order. The young man did make it right. So good job to him for trying to make it better!

Food was bad, service was good. Was a late lunch maybe 2 o'clock. The chili cheese coneys. Both hotdogs were burnt and tater tots were soggy. Service was solid, fairly quick.

My wife and I were passing through on our way to Fayetteville, we'd put off getting something to eat and was super hungry. We stopped and placed an order here, she ordered a burger & tots and I ordered chicken tenders & fries. Everything we got was cold. Nothing was made fresh, judging by the temperature of the food I'd have to say it was made at least 2 hours before the time we ordered and then just sat out. The fries were nearly rock hard, the tots were under cooked and the chicken tenders were not just cold but they were both hard and chewy like they had been microwaved several times. I'm pretty sure the ice in my wife's coke was warmer than the food. Now I'm at home blowing up the toilet and it doesn't look like I'm going to be getting up anytime soon, my stomach is cramping so bad. This is by far the worst food I have ordered from Sonic and may even be the worst food I've ate in year's. Had I known what we were getting into I would have just kept driving to Fayetteville to eat.

My burgers we burnt around the edges I asked them to make them again and they came out even worse than the 1st ones and cold within just 1 min of.ordering proving these were not cooked to order. Burgers were cold and tasted fatty like they were cooked hours ago. Very disgusting car hop was very rude. I just made my last trip to sonic.

I just don't understand why it is soooo hard to get an order correct..... My burger seemed like it had been setting for a while, I specifically said mayo only. NO KETCHUP!! But yet it still had the KETCHUP, seems like they just added mayo ... This is the third time my order has been wrong.... Get it together guys...
