Everything I ordered they told me they could get me but when I got my order half of the things were missing, I called the manager. She said they didn’t even have gravy for the last two years with it for the chicken that they told me that they were gonna give me gravy some man they also have a button to order Texas toast and I asked if they did and he said no he had no way of knowing how much that was. Don’t trust this Elkins, Arkansas Sonic unless you’re talking to a manager....

I had the blt, it was pretty good. Been there quite a few times lately. It's Sonic, however the service from their bright, kind employees is the gift at the Sonic in Elkins, ar. The service and the orders seem to be dead on and with a new customer centered experience. Bravo to you and your employees, well done.

I just don't understand why it is soooo hard to get an order correct..... My burger seemed like it had been setting for a while, I specifically said mayo only. NO KETCHUP!!
But yet it still had the KETCHUP, seems like they just added mayo ... This is the third time my order has been wrong.... Get it together guys...
