Mobile ordering here is the worst, every single time I get a drink here it is usually made incorrectly. The time I tried to talk to a barista she listened to me then completely ignored my request to fix it (I’ve asked multiple times). I know it’s a bunch of college students working here and the rush can get really bad but there has to be a way they can fix their problems because the way they are running things is impacting the quality of their service. I stopped going here because of how often they mess up I just find another place to get coffee.

I always mobile order here to beat the wait and make it to class on time. Today was no different, however when I sat down in my 8 AM class and took my first sip I realized they’d made my drink wrong. Immediately after class ended (9:10) I returned to the store and just asked them to remake my drink correctly, which they refused to do because I “had been gone too long” and they wanted me to pay for another drink WHEN THEY HAD MESSED UP ORIGINALLY. Very unimpressed considering how much money I’ve spent at this particular location over the semester.

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE- it genuinely is wrong every single time!!Lets be honest, a bunch of college students work here and none of them work long enough to perfect the drinks- I’m a student at UARK and every time i come to this starbucks my drinks look and taste different each time (mainly coffee’s) i always order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and half the time there’s not even sweet cream in it and its literally just black coffee?? Anyway the people and environment itself are amazing, but drink wise it’s all expected for a college campus starbucks so I cant even be mad…. just be careful with your hopes for this location!!!
