I normally wouldn't review Starbucks but I've had a couple times now from this location specifically where I've gotten shorted on my drink. I'll open the lid and there will be a good 2-3 inches of emptiness at the top. It's like they put a grande worth in a venti cup. I can kind of tell they were trying to leave room for whipped cream, but it's too much. I don't need a 1/4 of the cup to be whipped cream. I came for coffee. The workers are always nice, but have been disappointed with the drinks.

Ordered through the mobile app and waited in the parking lot until it said âReady to Go,â to pull through the drive through. When I arrived at the window one of the male workers was incredibly passive aggressive and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for ordering a drink that I have ordered at other Starbucks locations with no issue. He said that next time I order that drink I will need to come inside to get it. This felt rude and like I was being called out even though I thought I had been accommodating of the workerâs time by waiting until the app said my order was ready.

Ive been going to this Starbucks for years now & almost on a regular basis when I get time to drive in town. I'm definitely one of their regulars for sure. Love the staff at this location. They're all awesome individuals and they are very consistent and never mess up my drinks. I always get the same thing and its always a venti decaf white mocha w/ no whip usually order 2 because I drink 1 for morning and one in afternoon. I've been to every starbucks in NWA and this starbucks does it right everytime. The only ones that truly seem to love thier jobs and actually care what they give customers.
My order came out quickly, and the girl took time to write my name pretty.

Hii today when I was in the drive thru, I asked for 2 pup cups for my dogs and I got some attitude from the guy who was working at the window. I donât know if he was having a bad day, but I never get rude customer service at Starbucks. This was around 11:00 today.

We brought our track team here on a âfield tripâ, and the employees were wonderful. They were patient with our team and even offered to buy a drink for any athletes who didnât order anything! Josh went above and beyond.
