I placed a mobile order got my order smoothly but then when I tasted my drink I order every time it tasted horrible. Called the store and Patrick answered, I told him my drink was made wrong and he rudely told me he made my drink and he made it how I ordered it and that I was in the wrong. I get the same drink every time and never has it tasted this bad so I think I’d know when someone messed up making the drink. Now I’ve wasted $8 and they offered to remake it but I have work plus with his rude attitude I do not want to spend my money or time at this location.

I had a passive aggressive interaction with one of the employees there called Patrick. I understand being nice to service workers but it’s gotta go both ways. His tone was not a pleasant and I didn’t give him any problems but his attitude towards me was horrible for some reason.

As you can see with the previous one-star reviews customer service here is horrible. Want to order some coffee in the lady at the drive-thru says I don't need to pull off yet I need to wait on her so she can type everything in and all that ordered was a single cup of coffee and then started getting real rude with me at the window I just simply told her if she was going to be like that I was going to go somewhere else so I go to come back to Starbucks another time,Guy trys to say I cussed somebody out and I'm no longer allowed back there. Complete vs you're not recommend this place seems like they got really poor management and employees here are extremely rude to deal with I do not recommend this place I would go to the other one on college.

Can you get your barrister to serve nitro correctly on MLK, Fayetteville? first they put ice when it should not have ice, then another time I ordered it over the app but it didn’t show that it was not available and ended up having to get regular cold brew, today my grande is filled halfway and boat load of cream. Like what’s going on!!!

Guy at the drive thru was super rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. When we pulled up he gave us the wrong size straws and someone’s straw trash. We asked for the right straws and he just stared and was not visibly happy with us asking that. When we got our drinks, they weren’t consistent with how it should’ve been. We asked for a little side cup of oat milk because our drinks were so dark and bitter, but he just stared and scowled at us for like 5 seconds for requesting that. He then came back and asked if we needed his social security, birthday, first child, etc… I understand people have bad days but for a 20 second interaction this is how it went.
