This place is getting worse and worse the last 2 times I’ve gone. Baristas don’t want to help and drinks have been made improperly. I hope it gets better again. Used to be my favorite one in area.

People are always nice, but food and drink took 20 minutes with most the order being underwhelming.

Drink was a nitro cold brew that came out in 5 minutes, food took 20 (online order said it should be 9-11 minutes)

half the sandwich was stuck inside the bag bc it wasn't on top of one another and all the contents (ham and cheese) were attached to the inside of the bag
By the time the sandwich came out the drink had reduced to 2/3rds full bc the drink had settled and I was trying to wait to drink it until I got my meal.

Staff seemed like they did what they could with what's available but they lately have seemed to always be understaffed or not have enough equipment to satisfy the demand and the app saying 9-11 minutes then it being double that is just them being set up for failure...

Staff is always nice but product is falling short of the price point.

This place can’t seem to EVER get my coffee right! I’ve ordered a grande dark roast w/half & half on 3 different occasions
in the drive thru.
1st time: it was a tall handed to me.
I had to wait to get my grande pour.
2nd time: by the time I got to the window I was told they ran out of dark roast. So I accepted a pikes place.
3rd time: The cream was omitted , which I didn’t notice until I got out of the parking lot.
I’ll NEVER patronize this store again.
It’s really not that difficult to pour a cup of coffee!
And your food sucks.

I used the drive thru, no wait, 7:15 in the morning. Coffee was hit and service was good. I didn’t go inside and I didn’t order anything to eat.

I dont typically go to Starbucks but Cameron the barista made this day really special. He was very nice and accommodated my needs well. He also asked how my day was and was just really personal. Made really amazing suggestions and it ended up really pleasant. So thank you Cameron you made my day!
