Drinks are just as any other Starbucks. Attitude from some of the staff is so unnecessary. So rude and condescending. It’s not every time. The service is quick which I appreciate. Place is clean as one can get.Dietary restrictions: They will try to accommodate for whatever you need! Which is amazing if you have diabetes, allergies, or any dietary issues.
Love this Starbucks location! I visit at least 2x a week after visiting the vet's when my fur baby has to have fluids. I use the excuse that we visit so she can have a pup cup. ? All the staff are very friendly. Only 4 stars because even though I bring my own personal cup (and personal pup cup container), they still use a plastic cup to make my beverage - and then they throw it away!!! Truly defeats the main reason I bring my own!

Starbucks is a treat item and going to this Starbucks closest to my home is always a treat. You cannot put a price on kindness and this has to be the kindest Starbucks we have in Fayetteville. They treat me with such patience and kindness every time I visit it's shocking how good it makes me feel. The coffee is always superb, but having interactions with caring and kind people makes it worth the trip. The sharpie heart on the top of my vente cup with a little chin up encouragement "You got this" on the side truly made me smile.

I literally raced to get there by 8pm bc that’s when they closed I arrived at 749 pm and they told me that I am to late bc they took the cash drawers out already I said it’s not 8 yet and they were laughing at me through the window and I called corporate and told them I was calling corporate and they said good luck !!! very rude and unprofessional will not return to that store for sure
The girl at the front super sweet, the guy who answered the phone needs to find a new job. Here is what I ordered and I called to let them know they forgot to add the espresso and there was nothing he could do unless I turned around which I explained I could not because I had to be somewhere. 11$ for a milk with sweetener.
