So first off I don't know if me and my wife came in a little late, it was around 8 pm when we walked in but absolutely loved how there wasn't hip hop music blasting in my ears like a night club. I don't mean to sound like a boomer but I don't want to hear loud club music while I'm trying to read or study just something mellow and that's what this store had. We go up to order, and we both get a tea. My wife gets her first and I think they forgot about me which is fine I went up asked where my tea is and then a nice barista named Brayden sorry if I didn't spell his name right but he was so nice and upgraded me to a venti. I got my tea and we both wanted a slice of banana bread, I go up and he gave me a slice for free from the tea situation which was super nice. Honestly the whole staff was the nicest Starbucks baristas I have ever met 10/10 experience will be coming back

Honestly I really love Starbucks...but it has been already TWICE where I found HAIR inside my drink. I let the first one go but twice is crazy. I know it's NOT my hair cuz its not CLOSE to black. Genuinely disgusting.

Nice building, busy and crowded area. Unfortunately iced shaken espresso at this location was one of the more disappointing ones I’ve had made. The balance was off and it looked rushed. In fact, I placed a mobile order, and it was ready far sooner than it should have been. So I wasn’t really surprised.
What is the deal with these baristas bitching at me for receiving my mobile order 4 mins after i placed it and telling me “we ask for more time when placing pickup orders”?? like what is the difference between just getting it from the system and my placing it right then? and being rude about it to me, the customer, who has no control over how good your online order processing system is. this has happened several times, me placing my mobile order with adequate time between going to pick up, and i get bitched out every single time. the baristas need a lesson on customer service. I also got a simple coffee frappuccino with a shot of decaf espresso added, and they gave me essentially a vanilla frappuccino. terrible all around

I normally never have an issue with this location or any other Starbucks for that matter , but this morning I stopped by for a grande iced brown sugar oat milk espresso and a croissant like I normally do , I didn’t take my first sip until I was already at work so unfortunately I didn’t know my coffee was just straight up bitter to the point I couldn’t even drink it 🥲💔 I wish I had a taken a sip while still in the parking lot so I could ask the to remake it 😭
