Mel is highly unprofessional about ordering a water… she wanted to charge me $6 for a flavored water.. so when I asked to take the fruit off she asked if I already have made a purchase here or as if she wouldn’t give me a water…. This world truly needs better people.! As I did get a coffee what’s that her business?!

Gross. And overpriced. I make better coffee with folgers and milk. Ive only been to Starbucks like 3 times ever and ive been disappointed every time. Guess i just dont buy into the fad. I shouldve known better i wont be going back.

The lady this morning was super rude! I’m usually a regular and go by at around 640am to get coffee at the drive thru and I’ve never seen this lady before but long story short I have a small sedan and I was trying to pay for my order and the lady didn’t even try to extend her arm for me to pay. (Usually they do) and I could see she was just straight up being difficult. I was on the verge of just leaving but I kept my composure and unbuckled my seat belt and stretched to get my order paid via Apple Pay and I had the audacity to leave a tip. Not only that I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and a pistachio bakery item and she just gave me the coffee and said “ok” and closes the window. I was waiting for the pistachio item for 2 min and she never came back so I left. Who ever that was shouldn’t be in a customer service environment or shouldn’t be working in the mornings.

Lovely staff. I do wish they would not make the lights on the ceiling that point at the wall so bright. Also, the baristas always slam the metal lid on the ice bin extremely loud the entire time I'm there. It happens at almost every location. I have tried to find a calmer location. It does not seem to exist.

So first off I don't know if me and my wife came in a little late, it was around 8 pm when we walked in but absolutely loved how there wasn't hip hop music blasting in my ears like a night club. I don't mean to sound like a boomer but I don't want to hear loud club music while I'm trying to read or study just something mellow and that's what this store had. We go up to order, and we both get a tea. My wife gets her first and I think they forgot about me which is fine I went up asked where my tea is and then a nice barista named Brayden sorry if I didn't spell his name right but he was so nice and upgraded me to a venti. I got my tea and we both wanted a slice of banana bread, I go up and he gave me a slice for free from the tea situation which was super nice. Honestly the whole staff was the nicest Starbucks baristas I have ever met 10/10 experience will be coming back

Honestly I really love Starbucks...but it has been already TWICE where I found HAIR inside my drink. I let the first one go but twice is crazy. I know it's NOT my hair cuz its not CLOSE to black. Genuinely disgusting.
