The girl got my order wrong and then charged me $12 for a cappuccino. If I didn't want it so badly at that moment I'd have told her to keep it. She didn't even add whipped cream on top.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Not only was I told I was going to be charged $4 for a custom tea for asking for a venti cup of ice with one pump of sweetener (that should amount to $.88) to refresh my coffee from earlier in the day. The employee “Mandy” ,with no name tag, provided me with the wrong contact information for the manager, the store number as well as the district manager. While the email information was clearly written on the support board inside the store. I was also completely ignored by the other employees and only asked if I got the information I was looking for once leaving. Hopefully this situation is addressed and the employees are trained properly.

I’m giving y’all stars because I’m not trying to ruin your ratings, BUT the straws lately have been HORRIBLE. I get Starbucks at least 3 times a week. Every one of the straws crack. I’m not a chewer either. I just simply sip and this happens about halfway through my drink. I have to shove the straw down my throat just about to make liquid come out. Please consider getting better straws.

I went through drive thru after placing a mobile order today and even though they were super busy my order was ready as soon as I got to the window. I had accidentally ordered the wrong drink because I wasn't paying attention and the server at the window was so kind as to make me the correct one asap and was just really nice about the whole situation ❤️
