Be aware when going thru the drive thru @ the 2410 N. college location. Had a personal experience where the employee gave themselves a 5.00 tip(order was 4.25) on my card. Do not give them your card. Make sure they hold the card reader outside the window. funny thing is I would of gave them a tip. Now you get nothing.

Really frustrating that they don’t know what a “splash” is. The cold brew with a splash of vanilla cream is milkier than a latte. I like to get an espresso with a splash of milk but they fill up the entire cup with milk. I’m not trying to hack a cheaper latte I just want only a SPLASH of milk :( and there’s no way to clarify that on the app.. I’m literally looking into getting a keychain flask to bring milk with me so I can just do it myself but obviously I shouldn’t have to do that.

To whom is may concern, Let me preface this with I had no idea when your store closed: I arrived at your drive through somewhere between 7:55PM-7:58PM to pick up a DoorDash order, I sat and waited about a minute to a minute and a half with no greeting from the staff before I said "hello"? No response so I waited 15 more seconds before saying hello again. No answer so I sat there for a few more seconds before driving around to the drive through window, where I saw two young ladies and a young man. I saw that one young lady had a drive through head set on and the young man did as well. As I sat there at the window no one came to tell me they were closed, which would have been fine I would have just canceled the order, but what I did hear was the girls laughing loudly about the DoorDash order and ignoring me, even though they came by the window multiple times. I honked the horn once so they would come to the window, but they ignored me. Instead of coming and just telling me they were closed they took the time to take a picture, type on the picture "We're Closed" enlarge and change the font on the text and apply a yellow block background to make sure I could see the BIG BOLD LETTERS clearly and then proceed to SLAM IT ON THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. Here's the deal, I am a human being and I was not treated as one. I truly thought the younger generation was much kinder than that and I have now unfortunately lost a little faith in that now. Even when I pulled up to the speaker all they would have had to do is say "We are closed" and I would have said ok and canceled the order. It cost $0 to be kind, what if it was someone else who that was their last straw?.....you never know what someone is going through. I will make sure to contact DoorDash and explain my experience in hopes of deterring orders from going to that location. I personally will not be going back to that location as a dasher or a customer. Very disappointing. I would encourage anyone thinking about this location to avoid it, because at the very least they should be able to treat you like a person and this location is unable to do so.

Starbucks is known for being inconsistent with quality but this was literally the worst hot chocolate I have ever tasted. I can swear it was coffee. Service was efficient though.

This Starbucks is one, if not the, best in NWA. The staff is so friendly, efficient, and treats each customer like a long-lost friend who after a treacherous journey has finally returned back to the village and needs a drink. This Starbucks is awesome!

Employees and food quality are always great, but this place has a seriously unsettling vibe to study in. it looks like there are never enough baristas clocked in and they always seem stressed out and pressed for time. can’t even ask how they’re day is going or for a straw before they have to go to the window or somewhere else for something. not their fault at all! but as a service worker, they seem very unsupported and that’s not conducive to a healthy or comfortable atmosphere for patrons or employees alike. serious managerial issues or something similar going on

A huge THANK YOU to the crew at this Starbucks! Y'all do a GREAT job ?. Due to recent health issues, I found it necessary to change my order to a soy mocha latte, ONE pump mocha, cinnamon in the latte and on top of the whipped cream. This is a rare treat for me, but one I thoroughly enjoy. I had decreased the number of pumps of mocha several years ago because I don't like my coffee too sweet. The College Starbucks has very friendly baristas and I am never in the drive thru very long.
