Found gnat on top of foam - ordered latte 2:40 pm 9/27/25. Absolute garbage wish I took a pic but wife scooped it out with a napkin because we were on our way back to Little Rock and wanting to get out of town.
Yallllll when someone orders a 16oz please try to give them atleast 15. My drink felt so light today so I waited until after the foam melted and this is how much PSL I got for over 7$… No I did not drink any of it yet and this isn’t the first time it’s happened with a 16oz. Nothing is cheap anymore please atleast give what someone pays for.
I was excited for the first day of the fall drinks. Ordered the iced pecan crunch oatmilk latte on the app and asked for only 2 pumps of syrup. Picked up my drink, and they didn’t put the pecan cream cold foam, which is part of it. And the cup had 3 pumps of syrup written on it. I asked the worker and he said it’s my drink.. They could’ve at least told me they ran out of cold foam. Starbucks always disappoints!

Messed up my order and didn’t offer straws, I got an iced peach green tea and there was no peach juice in it. And before I could even take a sip the window was slammed. There was no line of cars so what’s the rush.

I drink a frappe every single day and usually get my frappes in lowell, best place ever,the Starbucks in Fayetteville on college is horrible, frappe is always runny and there very stingy with caramel, i go here because its literally right across from my home, I've been here 30 times and its still the same crappy coffee, I give them the benefit of the doubt and its still terrible,I have to put my frappe in the freezer eveytime I purchase from here, I give up on this place the drive further will definitely be worth it, your employees need to learn how to make a frappe the correct way, way to runny and i love starbucks & I will not be returning to this place

The staff and service are fine. The manager hovering dead center at the long table directly in front of the registers is creepy. Waiting until someone walks in to get up and count the employees out loud and then wait on the person who just walked in is weird. It 100% made ME feel anxious. He needs to leave or sit somewhere else.
They are always so nice and my White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino is always amazing!!

Be aware when going thru the drive thru @ the 2410 N. college location. Had a personal experience where the employee gave themselves a 5.00 tip(order was 4.25) on my card. Do not give them your card. Make sure they hold the card reader outside the window. funny thing is I would of gave them a tip. Now you get nothing.

Really frustrating that they don’t know what a “splash” is. The cold brew with a splash of vanilla cream is milkier than a latte. I like to get an espresso with a splash of milk but they fill up the entire cup with milk. I’m not trying to hack a cheaper latte I just want only a SPLASH of milk :( and there’s no way to clarify that on the app.. I’m literally looking into getting a keychain flask to bring milk with me so I can just do it myself but obviously I shouldn’t have to do that.

To whom is may concern, Let me preface this with I had no idea when your store closed: I arrived at your drive through somewhere between 7:55PM-7:58PM to pick up a DoorDash order, I sat and waited about a minute to a minute and a half with no greeting from the staff before I said "hello"? No response so I waited 15 more seconds before saying hello again. No answer so I sat there for a few more seconds before driving around to the drive through window, where I saw two young ladies and a young man. I saw that one young lady had a drive through head set on and the young man did as well. As I sat there at the window no one came to tell me they were closed, which would have been fine I would have just canceled the order, but what I did hear was the girls laughing loudly about the DoorDash order and ignoring me, even though they came by the window multiple times. I honked the horn once so they would come to the window, but they ignored me. Instead of coming and just telling me they were closed they took the time to take a picture, type on the picture "We're Closed" enlarge and change the font on the text and apply a yellow block background to make sure I could see the BIG BOLD LETTERS clearly and then proceed to SLAM IT ON THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. Here's the deal, I am a human being and I was not treated as one. I truly thought the younger generation was much kinder than that and I have now unfortunately lost a little faith in that now. Even when I pulled up to the speaker all they would have had to do is say "We are closed" and I would have said ok and canceled the order. It cost $0 to be kind, what if it was someone else who that was their last straw?.....you never know what someone is going through. I will make sure to contact DoorDash and explain my experience in hopes of deterring orders from going to that location. I personally will not be going back to that location as a dasher or a customer. Very disappointing. I would encourage anyone thinking about this location to avoid it, because at the very least they should be able to treat you like a person and this location is unable to do so.
