It's a starbucks full of uark students. The environment is college-y. The only issue is it can get really busy. I recommend ordering online to reduce wait times. I ordered online and waited 15 min for my espresso. They are doing their best with the amount of demand they're getting though.

I thought having a second Starbucks so close would make things less busy. It doesn't. If you visit during off-peak hours, it is acceptable. Normally the place is full and overflowing and it takes forever to get your order then there is no place to sit. There are at least three other coffee houses on campus. I'm not going to wait around in that chaos.

Baristas are nice. But the Starbucks on Dickson (next to Kimpel Hall) is way better. Every time I go to this one, my coffee taste bitter and just not similar when I order the same thing at other places.

It's on campus and very close to Kimpel; so, I am happy. The Chai was excellent as always. It's a cozy place with super nice baristas.
