Nice staff but we waited 20 minutes for a single burger and grilled cheese kids menu. Our family saw the food sitting in the window for over 10 mins and the server brought us the cold food from the window

I sat at my table and waited so long to order that I almost left. I got the Frisco Melt and the bread was soggy from all the butter they put on it , there was waaaaay too much sauce , I finally took it apart and just ate the meat

Kid-friendliness: My kids loved it. The guy was nice enough to bring us extra little cups to help split 1 milk shake between my 4 kids instead of charging us for 4 milkshakes

The food was great and the server's name was Ruben and he was great but they have got to fix the payment system in this place because we were here for a very long time trying to get our money right.... We missed the Christmas lights after my parents drove up here from Texas
It seems a lot has changed. They no longer have the options of french fries seasonings. I was really looking forward to the garlic parm seasoning! Then, I ordered a root beer float, and was given a half empty cup of root beer and (ten minutes later) a kids cup of melted ice cream that I was to pour into my root beer. When I asked about it, the server said they don't sell floats anymore, so they just did this...they should have told me this when I ordered it and let me decide if that's what I wanted. Because it wasn't a float. It was a vanilla root beer. Very disappointed. Burger was great, though!

If i could give less than one star i would we waited well over 30 min was never given our ticket and we all got food posioning, not to mention our waitor forgot over half of our order. We love steak and shake as a rule but this location is terrible it is Hispanic ran and you can tell they have zero pride in what they do from the vulgar language they were using, the dirty tables, and the way the orders were continually messed up ( not just at our table ) it was terrible. I would give them a negetive zero.
