Good bread, high prices.
Very upset I ordered one simple sandwich and came 15 mins after it was suppose to be ready and it wasn’t ready when I got there all the workers were looking crazy
Because no one knew where my order was I couldn’t get refunded untill manager came so now I have to wait on my money on top of some lady coming out I guess I thought she was in charge. The young lady tried to tell her what my issue was the lady go right past me and go outside to figure out what was going on outside. I felt like that was very rude so basically a regular employee is the one that explained that I had to wait till her boss got here to get a refund. I’m pretty sure there’s somebody that should be over the store and not just regular employees only.

This was our 1st and LAST time to eat at this restaurant. We ordered a chef salad with chicken noodle soup, spinach salad, and a blueberry oatmeal muffin. We took it back to our room and found that the soup lid wasn't on tightly. Soup was all over the napkins and sack. The spinach salad didn't have any spinach nor meat of any kind and no blue cheese. What really surprised us was instead of fresh in house baked bread being served with our salads we got some generic rolls from who knows where. The muffin was so hard and it tasted like cardboard. We thought this was a bakery but were wrong. We will skip this place from now on and go back to tried and true PANERA BREAD.

I've been at this location multiple times. There is a soft nature bar that is FIRE and the scones are tasty also. I must say that the attractive young lady with dredlocks went out of her way to help me order something I can eat. I have Alpha Gal syndrome and I asked for chicken, egg and cheddar cheese on a biscuit.
She made it happen. The chicken was lunch meat but still it made for a tasty breakfast sandwich
Good show Stone Mill

I’m writing this as a thank you to the store. I’m a regular here so it’s obviously a good store. But the other day , my toddler and I walked in to buy their JALAPEÑO THREE CHEESE BREAD and I asked my son to pick it up while I paid and he accidentally picked up the jalapeño Cornmeal bread - which, although isn’t bad, wasn’t what I went in for . Within a few minutes I went in to return the cornmeal and get the cheese bread , but because of store policy they couldn’t let me return the cornmeal one and just let me have the cheese one for free alright it was my fault . So, very good customer service ! Thanks :D .

I went Monday to the bakery and saw a gentleman preparing food with no gloves. Very tall older man I founded very unsanitary and made me want to leave. Also a young women was in the middle of sweeping when others were preparing food.

4.5 is a perfect rating for this Stone Mill location. The bread is good, the sandwich meals are a great lunch, and soup is passable. If you don’t get a younger cashier, odds are you’ll have a less than great service experience.

I haven't been to Stone Mill in years but I knew in advance that the bread would be great. I had the breakfast sandwich with egg & ham, no cheese. As simple as the order was, it tasted really good (some salsa would have been a flavorful addition). It was mid-morning and service was prompt. I will say the bathrooms were extremely clean too. I'll be back to try some of their other sandwiches, soups and treats.

Good soup, good sandwiches, good deserts, fancy scrumptious bread
Love their bread!
This is a sandwich shop, chicken salad on cranberry pecan bread is really good, they also have daily soup and salads. Fresh bread and homemade cookies. What I like most is carry out, if you place more than one order they will separate and put in different bags, which I s great when picking up for several people. Also great for picnics.
I’ve been going to Stone Mill for more than a decade. They still have the best chicken dumplings soup, and the best breakfast sandwich out there. I moved to NYC and with all the BEC sandwiches I’ve had, I still think about the next time I’ll have their breakfast sandwich. If you want a good lunch, get their cranberry pecan bread and a lb of chicken salad. That stuff is like crack (sorry children).
