The sandwiches there are awesome and what makes it great is the people they have manners like yes sir no sir. Yes ma'am. No ma'am, that is so sweet to hear these days and they are patient with your order and they have nice smiling faces

First off giving the food and service a 1 star rating was being way too generous. I have been several times in the evening and always get the same young man, the service is always awful and food is almost inedible. I went today for lunch hoping I could dodge the regular sandwich artist. To only get someone that probably was worse. Not only did I ask for my steak and cheese not toasted, but the meat heated, she put it all on the bread anyways. So with the line behind me I said go ahead and toast it. Both sandwiches I ordered everything was just slopped in the middle. This was by far the worst subway sandwich I ever tried to eat. I always know I am a little to judgey bc I worked and managed subways for 7 years in the early 00’s but I will never go back here. Thankfully there is another fairly close I can give a try. Sadly this is the closest restaurant to my house. These workers really need to do better!!

The app didn't update the address when I ordered. No worries I'll call and cancel. Nope, phones don't work. Can't cancel on the app either. Drive out of my way in a hurry and they took forever to even look at me. I hate to be negative but I was late to work and I'm quite angry.

Went to Subway on Wedington in Fayetteville Arkansas the employee looked high and had a friend in there he was talking to. Employee informed us he was out of almost everything we looked he was out of tomatoes,onions,bell peppers,olives, cucumbers looked soggy and the lettuce was brown so we left and walked to McDonald's. This makes the third time they have been out of something but this was the worst

Food was good enough. Pretty much what I expect from subway. I wish they were staffed better for the lunch rush. The line was long and moved really slow. Not the workers fault. They needed a third person.

Do not spend your money here, the worker who made my sandwich was not friendly and then proceeded to put a small amount of meat and everything else I asked for on my sandwich as if it’s coming out of her paycheck. Very frustrating experience.

I ordered today through the mobile app for delivery. My order was delivered to the wrong apartment I’m assuming as I never received it. I was told I would have to contact the store directly to get them to refund me as DoorDash is not the one who charged me for the order. I have called the store numerous times. Several times they answered the phone and just hung up on me. I don’t know about you but I don’t have money to be throwing away like that. Wouldn’t recommend using them for mobile order. Go to the store directly. I am contacting cooperate. Hopefully they don’t treat all their customers like this. I come in often and always tip my sandwich artist.

The 3$ rolls for dipping were way to hard in the ends for me to bite..
Saddened me..but gave a dog a nice snack.
I asked to buy a cup from her
She charged me full price for drink. I dont know store policy.

I was kinda disappointed with the service of the crossover location but love the product if made right. So I started coming to this location. Same owners I believe just different staff and that makes all the difference. I love this location.

First off WATCH your step!!!! No sign says WATCH your step. You can easily trip walking in side at door way. I like ranch on my subs at times but unfortunately this time it wasn't ranch not sure what it was . Hopefully I can get a pic of it . This location isn't that good. Took to long to prep my sub.
